The moment I saw Nico,Percy and Thalia shadow travel away,I thought, oh boy. A few minutes later they showed back up,this time flashing in courtesy of Percy.I decided to put up a little show for them, after all, my dad is the pseudo god of theater...
The moment they arrived I pretended to be furious,"PERSEUS JACKSON,THALIA GRACE AND NICO DI ANGELO WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!!!!!"Nico muttered something that sounded suspiciously like,"ask annabitch".My expresion softened if they were giving Percy's ex girlfriend punishment,who ws I to stop them?So I smirked and said"If you're torturing Percy's ex you could've just said so, and I would've helped as well,Orthrytic silver arrows are very painfull, or so I've heard".Just then I noticed something at Percy's foot, and when I realised what ,or rather, who it was, I nocked an arrow and aimed."Percy behind you!"Iscreamed,he turned, and that's when a sword passed clean through him,though it wasn't just a regular sword, it was a standard camp-halfblood issue sword which was coated in...Drakon poison!I had to do something...but what?
NICO POV(haha! bet you didn't expect this!)
When Lady Artemis shouted"Percy behind you!",I turned and saw that Percy had been impaled by a standard issue camp-halfblood sword that was coated in drakon poison.I looked past that and saw that a figure with blond hair and princess curls, was standing there, drakon bone sword in hand,grinning like a maniac,that figure was none other than Annabeth Chase,the traitor.Percy seemed unfazed by the sword impaled in him.He turned and stared at Annabeth,the glare he gave her made her stumble backward and fall.He then simply said"Nico,Thalia,the rest of you hunters close your eyes"in a deathly calm voice.Thalia was about to protest"but-"he turned towards her,his eyes pleading her to trust him.she sighed and buried her head into my chest,Artemis raised her eyebrow, but nonetheless did not question.I closed my eyes, and then felt immense heat on my face.
ARTEMIS POV
As Percy exploded into his true form even I marvelled the beauty and power in it,I had to take a step back because of the raw power from it! Eventually it became to bright even for me and I had to turn away,when I looked back, there was a pile of ash in front of Percy and he was standing there with his eyes closed.Suddenly a blast of water dispersed her ashes.Then he faceplanted in front of me and I immediately reached down to stop him from hitting his face on the dirt.I turned him ver and saw that his eyes....oh gods his eyes.They were gold.
