3rd Person POV
While (Y/N) was figuring out how to deal with her slip up, Peter was wondering how on earth she knew his name.
"Um, Mr. Stark?" He walked into the lab where Tony was.
"What's up, kid?"
"How bad would it be if a known murderer knows my identity?"
Tony looked at Peter aghast.
"Are you telling me that a known murderer knows your identity?"
"No! Maybe. Yes..."
"And how exactly does this murderer know your identity?" Tony questioned.
"I don't know! I was just talking to her and she called me Peter."
"Her?" Tony asked. "Please tell me it's not The Devil's Advocate."
"It might be." Peter mumbled.
"Oh my god Peter! You need to figure out how she knows you and take care of this."
"I know! I don't know how though. What if she stabs me?"
"Then stab her back."
"I don't like stabbing people. It's mean."
"You're kidding, right?" Tony gives Peter a pointed look.
"It is mean. I treat others the way I wish to be treated. Even if others don't treat me the same way." Peter tries to defend himself.
"You are too pure for this line of work." Tony shakes his head.
"I say that every day." Peter starts to walk away.
"By the way," Tony stops him. "Loki and Thor are coming back today so be prepared for that."
Peter nods his head and leaves the lab.
He enters the common room to see Pietro, Natasha, Bucky, and Clint lounging around the couches.
"Petey, ma boy!" Bucky greets him.
"Hey, Mr. Barnes." He takes a seat in an empty arm chair. "I have a question for you guys."
"Shoot." Says Pietro.
"How bad is it if a known murderer knows my name? Like my secret name."
"I'm pretty sure multiple already do. You live with them." Natasha states.
"Are you talking about yourself or me? Or Loki?" Bucky asked.
"Yes." Natasha answered him.
"Who is the newest murderer that knows your identity?" Pietro questioned, taking a sip of coffee.
"The Devil's Advocate." Peter announced.
"Seriously?" Clint asked, mouth agape.
"Yeah, I was talking to her and she called me 'Peter'"
"How does she know you?" Natasha asked.
"No clue."
A bright light flashed outside the windows, indicating that Thor and Loki had returned from Asgard.
A few minutes after the bright light, Loki and Thor entered the common room.
"So," Thor's booming voice filled the room. "What did we miss?"
"Peter's gonna get murdered." Clint announced.
"I'm not gonna get murdered!" Peter objected.
"If you ever need me to kill anyone, just ask." Loki offered, earning a few horrified looks at the genuine tone he used before sitting next to Thor on an empty couch.
