This song is called ONE MORE MOMENT by Reinaeiry, she is Singer-songwriter, I'm not sure of her social media, I only know her on YouTube, she is pretty amazing, I love her songs.
Especially this one, it's Ursa's Lullaby from ATLA aka Avatar: The Last Airbender.
It is pretty memorable, and It fits. I wish this was song was in ATLA.
