I kept the book on the sofa. After I was satisfied with my own laughter. I'm still on that stripper thing. My mind is just racing with images of Hashim working in a strip club. Hashim asking out Lizzy .Hashim dating a stripper. And Hashim wanting to marry a stripper Ha! That one was priceless.

I enter the cinema feeling strangely cheerful I start binge watching old episodes of victorious and when I'm done I get my phone and after a long internal debate I check the tweets posts and blogs about me. I've been prolonging this honestly because I knew how ever long it would take there was bound to be a new story about me especially since my recent escapade with Saffa.

I check my favorite gossip site which is ArewaTea because they always seem to have the best stories about myself.

ArewaTea: hey sippers! It's me again back with the hottest tea! Back on the discussion of our favorite muse jk. Zaddy's girl or more accurately Aisha Shema. The newly wed turned widow was reported to have been laying low and peacefully observing her Takaba(widowhood mourning period). well she was, until she was spotted last week Saturday at a beautiful scenic Italian restaurant at a hotel rooftop.  She was spotted eating alone at a table probably waiting for her company our sources informed us that sadly the new Mrs turned Miss will be excluded in her husbands inheritance because the husbands family isn't quite sure if the baby is that of the Hakim's because of how open and obvious  her relationships with other rich aficionados was. Miss Aisha Shema also turned aggressive after being confronted about her bad behaviors and lust for money by an old friend who's identity we are now keeping hidden. Miss Shema dispite being pregnant engaged her friend in a fist fight though sources tell us they were soon separated by security and Miss Shema was forced to flee the restaurant without even waiting for her date to accompany her. It seems like the beautiful life Miss Shema seemed to have created for herself is quickly crumbling I wonder what's next for this girl will she bag another rich hot shot? I snorted a little after reading the article. After reading so many of these and knowing it was Saffa who gives them the news , it hurt at first but then it stopped hurting a little. Like y'all think I'm some kind of whore who backstabbed Hashim and dates men behind his back. Big whoop. I honestly find these stories funny now because that's what they are stories. I always new Saffa was a dramatic person even back when we were in school but this is too dramatic even for her. I kept the phone and went to the kitchen and spent the next hour trying out a new recipe I found. And after a successful attempt I sat quietly and ate while watching YouTube videos about conspiracy theories I never take seriously. To be honest today was one of my best days in a while it went perfectly well and I felt like my good mood couldn't be brought down because seriously. What's the worse that could happen to me? Like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and now I'm in this state of peace but we all know because of human urges and capabilities peace is always meant to be shattered. It just irks our existence to see something at one with itself that destructive nature just has to poke out. Well you'd imagine that Maimuna oh dearest Maimuna was also human like the rest of us. The peaceful middle aged woman looked like the least person you'd expect to wreak havoc on anything. She looked like she couldn't hurt a fly always the sense of comfort in every dire situation but quite the contrary.

I was lying on one of the couches with a blanket rapped around me like a cocoon and the ac at full blast. A box of pizza lay open beside me with 4 slices left the fifth one in my right arm and a remote in the next changing channels to see what's on.

I heard the door open and I reflexively looked towards it. Maimuna who was wearing a Hijab and holding a nylon bag  walked in. I continued facing the screen but the next thing I know she loudly throws the nylon bag carelessly besides me.
