You were sitting in living room waiting for Oswald. It was Christmas Eve and he promised that he will spend time with you. But you know that he has to do his job as well.

You heard footsteps behind you.

"Do you want a mulled wine Y/N?" you heard Penguin's voice.

You looked behind and smiled at him.

He gave you a glass of wine and then sat next to you.

"I'm sorry it took that long" he said.

"It's okay. I know you're busy with this whole situation with being mayor of Gotham". You smiled.

"I know I can always count on you" he said getting up off the couch. "I have a present for you".

You looked at him curiously, when Oswald opened the drawer and pulled out a box.

" I have a present for you Y/N" he said giving you the box.

"Penguin, you really didn't have to... I don't have present for you-"

"It's okay, can't I give you a present to show you how I love you?" he said.

You opened the box and saw a beautiful necklace with your favorite gemstone.

"Oh Osie, it's beautiful. Thank you" you kissed his cheek.

"Can I?" he asked.

You gave him the necklace and he put it on your neck.

"Merry Christmas Osie".
