Isabella was walking down the corridor of the hospital closely behind Derek and Meredith who was talking to merediths friend Cristina about wedding dresses.

Infront of them Isabella saw soemonr she knew, someone she thought wouldnt be in seattle but in new york with the rest of the family.

"Oh no this isnt good" Isabella spoke thinking that it was said in her head but then Derek spun right around on his heels.
"Whats wrong?" He asked concerned but someone else answered his question.

Mark and meredith had noticed the sudden change in isabella she was standing right behind derek so she couldnt be seen even though she had been spotted by Amelia.
Mark knew something was wrong or there was more to tbe reason for Isabellas visit, he knew her and when she was scared or anxious by something she always hid behind Derek or mark or both they were her safety wall.

"Derek" Amelia shephard, one of Derek and Isabellas sisters. Amelia then saw Isabella standing behind him and was confused. "Iz what are you doing here? Wheres Connor"
"We could ask you the same thing Amy" Derek slat right back.

"Connor?" Mark mouthed to Isabella who was still hiding, she just shock her head nit wantjng to talk about it but this confirmed marks off feeling about isabella.

"Its Amelia" both Amelia and Isabella corrected Derek.
"I bought you a present" Amelia excitedly squealed as she bounced backwards.
"Your gonna love this" Mark chuckled.

"Ta da " Amelia reveal man a normal looking man, recieving blank looks from derek and the others watching.
"This is Tom"
"Todd" todd created Amelia.
"Great. You just met" Derek laughed. "Go home"
"He has tumor".

"Fine go with that lovely doctor and she will take you to a CT" Derek instructed pointing to meredith.
"Hes my patient"
"Hes here now, go home" Derek abruptly said walking away.

"Come on Isabella" Derek said.
"Shes spending the morning with me" Mark piped up.
"Only because he wants to show off" Isabella teased.
"Okay well come fine when your done with mark."

"Sorry Amelia"
"Not your fault Iz but im not giving up that easily" Amelia smiled as she followed meredith.

"Come on Iggy i have some really fun things to show you" mark called as Isabella caught up with him, taking the outreached hand

"So whats going on?" Mark asked trying to get to the bottom of whats going on with Isabella.
"I am walking with you to plastics so you can show off to me" Isabella smirked.
"Iggy, its me" mark stopped them in their steps gently holding isabella by the shoulders.
"Why are you really here?"

"Mark i have already told you, im here before art school" Isabella reiterated.
"Amelia didnt know you were here"
"I havent seen Amelia in awhile she doesnt really call mum that much so she probably doesnt know" isabella covered up "come you promised me an exciting morning"

"You can tell me" Mark reasured her.
"I am fine" Isabellas words were hard, mark then immiedatly pulle dher intk a hug. "I just care" mark said jnto her hair "your my baby shephard"

"Doctor sloan i have post ops to report, they are all doing great but mrs Cultruight wants to thank you personally and Mr hughes burns need treating" a doctor joined the two of them rolling of all of the medicalness as the three of them walked into the plastics ward.

"Theres more  exciting than that" Mark reassured Isabella.
The other doctor turned to mark with a suspicious look, wanting to know more.
"Ahh yes, this is Dr Avery, Dr Jackson Avery meet Iggy"
"Isabella Shephard" Isabella butted in smilling nicely.
"Shephard, are we going to have a shephard in plastics" jackson asked.
"No im not a dr or will i ever be one"
