Chapter 16 : Surprise

It's evening......

Riddhima was on her way to home, in a few minutes she arrived at her home.

Upon her arrival she was greeted by Vansh.

"How was your day Riddhima??!"

Riddhima : "Quite hectic Vansh, had two surgeries today."

Vansh : "Hmm, well no issues get freshnup I have something for you."

Riddhima : "Really !!! What??!!"

Vansh : "Ah... That's a surprise for you, you go and get fresh first. And come to dinner table. Ok."

Riddhima : "ok... Coming." With a smile on her face.

Vansh setting up the table. Uma was also happy seeing him like this "Finally I am getting by old Vansh back."

As soon as Riddhima came, she was astonished seeing the table arrangements.

"Wow !!! I didn't know that you have this skill too."

Vansh : "Riddhima !!! You seat first please. As your surprise is waiting for you"

Riddhima : "I seriously can't wait to see that."

Vansh opened the serving bowls one by one. Riddhima was so amazed that she litrally screamed.

"Chole bhature and aloo samosa !!!!"

Vansh was so happy seeing her these much Happy.

Riddhima: "Oh my god so this was suprise ?! But wait a minute how could you come to know about it??? Shekhar... Yes Shekhar did you helped??"

Shekhar : "Ummm.... Yes but not directly, I asked him a riddle and he solved it. Mumma !! My papa is quite intelligent you know."

Riddhima : "Awww.... Vansh Thanks alot for this. These two are my favorites. Have you made it by yourself??"

Before Vansh could answer Shekhar said "obviously mumma.. he made everything alone because he wanted to impress you."

Shekhar started giggling. Vansh felt bit shy, Riddhima also felt the same.

Then Uma said "Now let's start beta."

Everybody said yes... After taking a bite Riddhima "it's delicious Vansh. You made it awesome."

Vansh : "I am glad that you liked it."

Both were smiling seeing each. After completing the dinner they were in their room.

Riddhima : "Vansh !! Dinner was awesome. But that wasn't needed."

Vansh : "Why wasn't needed!? You used to take care about each and everyone's likes dislikes so it's my responsibility to take care about your like and dislike."

Riddhima was amazed by Vansh, she felt that Vansh is so pure and soft by heart. He is the one who wants to see her happy always.

Riddhima : "But again thank you for this.'

Vansh : "Riddhima !! Please did I say thanks for your concerned, your care??!!! Then why are you being formal ?? Can't I have this much right on you.?!"

For the first time he said something with an emphasis.

Riddhima : "Of course you do... Ok I am not saying thanks."

Vansh : "That's good." Then both started to laughing.

Their laughter was eachoed into their room.

Now Vansh was recovered, he resumed his job. He used to drop Riddhima at her hospital and pick her in evening.
