Chapter 20 : Get Set Go

Shekhar : "What Mumma papa is going to Switzerland without taking me along. No it's not fair. I won't let you go."

Vansh and Riddhima were making Shekhar understand that he can't come as he was having his examination round the corner.

Vansh : "Beta !! Try to understand we can't go together but I promise next summer vacation we all will go together to your favorite Disney Land."

Shekhar was still miffed with Vansh and Riddhima.

Riddhima : "Shekhar ! You are a big boy now you just understand importance of your studies."

Shekhar : "I do understand everything Mumma. But not getting this thing that why you both are going on such short notice."

Vansh and Riddhima both were thinking what to answer now.

Vansh : "Beta !! I and your mumma having a work there so have to spend some days there so we are going. It's not at all holiday." He was all lying but he had no other option.

Shekhar : "I will miss you both so much."

Riddhima : "We will also beta , you say what do you want from there?"

Shekhar : "Nothing I want" he was still not in mood.

Vansh : "Riddhima ! We are not going !"

Riddhima : "Vansh !!!"

Vansh winked at her.

Vansh : "Of course as our son is not agree then how can we go. Its final we are not going."

Shekhar felt guilty "No you don't need to cancel your plans." He had tears in his eyes.

Vansh also felt so bad seeing this , he hugged Shekhar "Beta ! We will come soon and trust me if this wasn't important we won't go without you."

Shekhar : "Now I understood papa. I will stay here with Dadi but promise me you both will call me daily."

Riddhima : "of course beta !! We will call you daily and it's just a matter of few days."

All three smiled. Then Riddhima made him sleep in his room and she came to their room.

Riddhima : "Vansh !! I felt so bad today I never said lie to Shekhar."

Vansh : "I do understand Riddhi , but we also need sometime alone right!? And don't worry he is mature kid. He will stay here properly."

Riddhima hugged Vansh "I am bit worried for him."

Vansh : "Just don't worry Riddhi ! He has understood and we will also go along with him on next trip. As of now you just concentrate on our packing." He smiled at her.

Riddhima smiled at him started to pack their bag.

Two days later....

Riddhima and Vansh were leaving for Zurich. Shekhar was now ok , he was standing next by Uma.

Vansh : "Ok Shekhar we are leaving but you please take care and study well. We will call you ok."

Shekhar : "Ok papa."

Riddhima was sad as till date she never went anywhere without Shekhar. She was feeling extremely emotional seeing Shekhar.

Vansh sensed this, he held hand firmly and had a glance at her.

Riddhima : "Beta... Have food on time ok and we will be back very soon."

She hugged him and swiftly wiped a teardrop that has been slipped from her eye.

Shekhar : "Yes Mumma I will have. Now I am a big boy so don't worry about me." He was smiling.

Vansh : "Riddhima !! Let's go or else we will be late."

Uma : "Yes you must leave now. And Riddhima don't worry about Shekhar I will take care of him."

Riddhima : "I know maa.. you will take care of him more than me."

Both said bye to Uma and Shekhar. They left for airport.

At airport after completing the procedures they headed towards the boarding gate

Soon they boarded flight, both got settled down in the aircraft.

"Passengers are requested to fasten their seat belt, flight is ready to take off."

Upon hearing the announcement, Vansh held Riddhima's hand firmly.

Riddhima : "Now I have no fear of takeoff as now I have a hand to hold my shaky hands."

Vansh smiled at her. Soon aircraft was in the air.

Airhostes came with the refreshments.

Riddhima : "please give me coffee without milk."

Vansh : "I will have orange juice."

Both were enjoying their beverages.
Riddhima was looking outside the window.

Seeing her lost in thoughts Vansh said slowly into her ears "so... Mrs Raisinghania how do you feel?? I mean I want to know your excitement level as it's our official honeymoon."

Riddhima : "this is the only word roaming into your mind from two days "

Vansh : "Has to be Riddhi... Anyone can be. After all honeymoon is always be special."

Riddhima was blushing.

Vansh : "Oh no Riddhi !!! You are getting shy with the name only then what will happen when it will be in implementation." He winked at her.

Riddhima : "Vansh please... Don't make me feel nervous."

Vansh : "Nervous... No let me rephrase the sentence. Vansh !!! Don't make me excited for honeymoon."

Riddhima beat him " stop it Vansh"

Vansh : "Well you can shut me up here in the aircraft but don't you dare in our suit. as I am going to listen to you."

Riddhima : "I really want to beat you hard."

Vansh : "What !! You want to bit me hard. Sorry but don't do this publicly atleast wait till we reach Zurich."

Riddhima started to beat him "Vansh stop it."

Vansh was laughing hard "Sorry... Sorry I was just kidding Riddhi... But yes let me confess that I am really happy. Finally our relationship will flourish with our love and I want it get stronger each passing day."

Riddhima : "That will surely be happen Vansh. Our love will be our strength."

She rested her head on Vansh's shoulder. Both were very happy.

Aircraft was headed towards it's destination and so do Vansh and Riddhima. They were in thoughts of their beautiful future with each other.
