MELISSA'S (POV)

"Wait you're going to Melbourne?" Eleanor screeched, looking left then right at me and Harry. "And with this idiot too?"

Harry frowned slightly.

"Yup," I said.

We were all lounging around Harry's apartment after school let out. It was three days since I finalized my trip and the fact that Harry and me were just breaking the news to them.... Let's just say, they didn't take it in a positive way.
I finally felt like I finally belonged here. No one batted me an eyelash when I stepped into the apartment. On the contrary, they seemed to welcome me right in.

Especially Niall.

He always seemed to let out a chuckle when Harry used to come over to hug me.

Eleanor's hair was tied in a messy bun and she was wearing all black, black pants and a shirt, her trademark, as she glared at me from the table. "El," Louis said tenderly, putting his hand on his girlfriends shoulder, "I think Harry can handle her."

Eleanor glared. "It's not Mel that I'm worried about, it's Harry. And damn, we still have no freaking clue of why there're going."

"Yeah," Liam piped up, sitting on the couch with Sophia spooned into him. "Why are you going?"

"Personal reasons," I said. That was the only excuse that could surprisingly keep people from asking. They respected privacy and I respected that. The only person other than Harry and me who knew, was Scarlett, and she surprisingly didn't bring it up often, expect for an occasional 'damn you're so lucky. Damn you're living with Harry.'

I knew she was jealous, but I couldn't worry about that. At least she made an attempt to hide it. I went over to school and informed them that I was going cross- country with my mom for ten days and that I wouldn't be appearing for classes. That was the only way I could get the school not to call up my mom and inquire about me. That would seriously land me in deep shit. Scarlett played the part of a faithful friend perfectly. She promised to not let my mom spot her or any of my other classmates while I was away.

Apparently my mom would get suspicious if my whole class was still left behind. I had no idea how Scarlett was about to pull that off but I trusted her.

Zayn snickered bringing me back to the present. I was always dumbfounded by just how beautiful of a man Zayn was. Not even a hair was out of place. He was utterly gorgeous with a chiseled face and slick black hair and almond brown eyes that glittered, he could easily give any model a run for their money.

Perrie was a damn lucky girl.

"How did Harry get mixed into your personal problems?" Zayn chuckled.
"Harry got up dramatically. "Guys! I appreciate your concern, especially yours Eleanor, but you've got to trust us. We're going to Melbourne, because I think it's important for Mel to find out exactly what she's looking for."

Louis smacked his head dramatically. "Okay geez! When are you guys coming back cause the tour is starting in three weeks."

Another jolt coursed through me. I had totally forgotten about the tour. I had practically three more weeks with Harry and this group or I might not ever see them again. I couldn't get any closer to Harry. It would just hurt even more when I would have to let him go.
"Uh ten days," I said.
