........ ......... .......... ........... ......... .........

Several hours had passed and the cruiser was already in orbit around the coordinates set by Takin himself and the Imperial pilots that worked on the station. We had received a tour of the entire interior the Star Destroyer. Which was helpful but a compete waste of time and was just included to show of the vast power and control of the Empire. As some fancied it seeing as they choose to be a part of the Empire or did not have a say and either went along with there ideals of. I could not stand people who adored and appreciated the Empire's a power. All the Empire had ever given me was pain beyond imagine they took my family, kingdom and everything I ever held dear.

We continued to walk down the hall which began to all bleed together in my head. One noticeable fact that never surprised me one bit is the lack of originality to them. Everything was black, white, and grey everywhere you turned where as the Rebellion had a unique genuine quality to it. Nobody was the same there and that really showed the difference between the Empire who was formal and left little to no room from originality. This did little to surprise me but made me miss things that were long in the past by this point. We continued to walk as my legs began to get shaky after several hours on end with out any rest. He then turned to me and whispered in my ear.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah just dwelling on things." I completely lied to him and he must have noticed as he completely turned to me resting his hand in my shoulder. Which I had to admit added a lot of confort, something that I had yearend to have again.

"You have been awfully too quiet for a while are you sure you are alright, if you need a breather it's fine."

"I'm perfectly okay. It's just.." I paused not sure if it was a conversation I particularly wanted to start or not.

"What?"

"I'm just missing the old comfort of my home and it doesn't help being here and the fact that I feel like I am forgetting."

"I get it, I don't even remember what it was like without being apart if the empire. It exceeding hard when you belong to something that you have more faith and belief in."

I smiled and was about to replie to him but the group came to a sudden stop as we reached the bridge of the destroyer. I had been looking down the entire time and never noticed anything. Then I heard the roar of a respirator move up and down. I started breathing in and out as I straighten my body up. It was Vader and I wanted at all cost not to be caught in his view as he studied all of us. I closed my eyes and moved my head to the side now glancing down on the floor. I saw my reflection in the metal of the ship and startled myself since I had not seen it in a while. I bit my lip down hard out of spit as I hated the imperial uniform that enclosed me. I directed my eyes back up towards Tarkin as he began to speak, drawing me to look at him as well as everyone else. Keeping a firm lock with my eyes on Tarkin I moved them in the direction of Vader who I could tell was now looking in my direction. I could feel the same shadow loom over me as it did all the years back to the very moment my life changed. Takin then spoke refocusing me away from my deep thoughts.

"Allow me to introduce Lord Vader. Next to me and the Emperor he is the most high ranking. You will work along side him and I as we work to complete the final developments in our ultimate power will be insure our hold over the galaxy. The Death Star."

The scopes on the main screen adjusted as the cruiser moved to the side. In the shadow of the black endless galaxy appeared a large metal space station. Ranging in the size of a planet as it came into clarity. Ships surrounded the massive station as they moved to reveal a circular dish extending from the station itself. I gulped down in my throat as my held in a large breath deep in my ribs. Gasps filled the room as the roamers were now deemed true and accurate. Fear surged through my body enhancing my expression as my eyes bulged out changing the course of there direction. Josh turned to me with the same dreading look plastered on him as we both realized what this ment. "The power to destroy an entire planet." I whispered in confirmation of what I knew it would do. I closed my eyes not wanting to graze my eyes on it any longer. I couldn't even begin to imagine what the empire would do with that power and when that crosses your mind you come to the conclusion of the fact that they are even capable of creating something so destructive. My eyes reopened as I saw the death machine floating through the atmosphere.

"With this the Death Star we will have the ability to destroy any planet that would dare stand against us. Now you may head back to your quarters as the real work begins."

The group was soon making its way back down the halls. My thoughts spun around like a tornado causing my head to hurt from the pressure that it caused me. With ever fiber in my being I wanted to detest and not work on a machine that can destroy millions of innocent people and their planets. There lives would not be on me but I felt that if I contributed to making something that vile then I would be hurting innocent lives myself. We reached several halls that spilt in multiple directions leading to several rooms. I noticed as a group of stormtroopers were coming close to my location as I noticed a pair of restraints in there grip. I swallowed hard feeling it slip down my throat and I bit down extremely hard on my tongue causing a metal flavor of blood to linger on my taste buds. Josh turned to me and I needed to talk to him quickly without any distractions so I pulled us into the opposite hall that the troopers were not marching down.

"Was that what I think it was."

"Yeah. The Death Star..." He cut me off knowing exactly what I was going to saw next.

"Capable of destroying planets."

"You heard the rumors?"

"Only through the Rebellion, but none the less we need to do something about it."

I kept my ears open to make sure I knew exactly when the troopers were coming. My breaths increased rapidly moving in the same motion that my heart beat was going. "I agree but it might have to wait." I told him trying to keep my cool but it sounded way to breathily to not notice something completely wrong with me, which he began to take notice of.

"Are you okay?"

"Yea...." I attempted to continued to speaking but I could no longer hear the repetitive movement in the distance. I walked forward and turned coming to a face full of metallic white armor. I jolted my eyes down to see cuffs in there hands. I looked at Josh who had a questioning look wrapped on his face as he adjusted it and cleared his throat to talk.

"Is there something wrong or anything I can help you with, troopers?"

"Where here for her."

......... .......... .......... .......... .......... ........
