FaceTime buddy ~ Kairi

I made my way into the school to meet my best friend Lexi. I saw her standing by her locker talking as she moved her perfect hair and smiled showing her beauty. I have always had a small crush on Lexi but I never said anything. I haven't came out to my mom or brother yet.

The only one that knows is my FaceTime buddy. Kairi. I made my way in her direction. I walked with confidence making all the boys stare at me. I finally made it to the locker.

"Oh hey Y/n!" She exclaimed and hugged me. I hugged back instantly.

"Hey lex... umm I need to talk to you." I said her smile faded as she looked at the sad expression on my face. I looked at Hayley next to Lexi "alone." I whispered Hayley nodded and smiled at me as she walked away.

I grabbed Lexi hands; as our hands touched I felt butterflies form in my stomach. God i need to get over this girl.

"I'm moving lex." I said quickly she looked at me and tears started to form in her eyes. They were on the bridge of falling "and I um won't be able to see you anymore.. I'm moving to New Jersey. I just thought that you should be the first one to know." I muttered.

She hugged me quickly "I'll miss you so much. You have to call. No FaceTime. Every other day at least. No everyday. I um need to tell you something as well I thought you should know before you left." Lexi said wiping the tears all over her face. Slightly smudging her mascara.

"Yeah what is it?" I asked almost crying.

"I'm uh I'm a lesbian." Lexi said I smiled at her and gave her the biggest hug "i love you Lexi you know that right? I will always love you. You are my best friend Lexi nothing will change that." I whispered in her hug.

We were both a crying mess in the middle of the highschool hallway.
