"Dr. Sylvie. I am not asking you to hurt anyone. It's a mere toxic relationship that you need to break off..." Just then, bad memories of Cartyr sprung up in Eri's head. As he was still unable to move, the bad memories flashed rapidly. "Dr. Sylvie. I know you are a smart person. You have to realize that You or your actual friends are in danger constantly being around Cartyr...."
Eri was crying, shaking his head softly. His eyes were shut tightly, he just screamed at that point, "The only one causing them ANY FUCKING KIND OF DANGER IS ME." He spat venom in his words, his eyes opening, the pupil in his good eye dilating. "And I want you to realize. You grabbed a dying man's hand, a man who doesn't have any more a will to live as someone who's already crossed the threshold, you fucking wanker." He spat the words like they had a bad taste in his mouth. His eyes sweeping the room from where he was.
In that moment of struggle, a black figure appears in front of Eri. "Dr. Sylvie. You, of all people should know.., This is your house, your domain. You aren't the issue! Look at you! You're stressed out of your mind! That's not even genuine anger! It's frustration the stress of taking care of one man who's been manipulating you for years!!" He flicks a picture of Cartyr in Eri's mind. "That man. This man right here... He has to go..."
Eri shook his head, putting his hands against the sides of his head. He seemed to scream, but there was no noise. He just curled up in the chair for a moment. Before seeming to relax, his eyes opened, and he just seemed to snap out of his usual self. "Yeah, good luck trying to change my mind about Cartyr." He spat the words, "..Cause I won't listen. Nor will I ever..." the figure sighed and stared Eri down, "Dr. Sylvie, I appreciate your stubbornness. However... It won't do because it Ḷ̶̎o̸̎̾o̶̗̾k̴̹̽s̵͇̕ ̵̑̔l̷̪͐ì̸͠k̴̝̍ȇ̷͚ ̴͆̓w̴̉́e̴͋͋'̵̀̏r̸̎̊e̶͑̊ ̴͐̓d̴̢̍o̵̘͐î̷̳n̸͖̓g̸̗͆ ̵̔͗t̷̐̔ĥ̸̠i̵̧͒ŝ̷̊ ̷̿́t̶͙̀h̸͇̏ȅ̶͐ ̷̼̍ĥ̸͕ă̷ͅr̸̪̈d̴̈́̚ ̷͊͆w̶̓͒ả̵̩y̶̏̚.̸̼̆.̸͙̍.̵̍͊"
The finger snapped its fingers to show that everything switched up. Eri was in agonizing in pain, The room was actually completely destroyed, the bed was quite literally slashed and bashed into the wall and Eri's clothes were worse and the smell was more vile then ever.
Eri coughed, falling onto his hands and knees, gagging from the pain. He groaned softly, unable to get up. He refused to break, his eyes watering, and he was gagging and coughing from pure agony. His eyes searching the room from the floor he was on. "..Hn...I.. nn.. I wo...Wo..n't..." He'd gag, coughing, grasping at the floor. ".. Won't... give...in..yo...you... prick.." He hissed through his teeth, spitting quite literally. He tried to get up, struggling through the pain. His teeth gritting as he slowly tried to stand.
"Listen very caRefully, Eri Sylvie. EITHER, we CAn kEep up this whole back and fortH until you inevitably pass from blood loss officially, leaving you too WeaK to protect that broken mind of yours.... Where I get to take control for hours on ENd. Or... I keep the pain away, you realize we're both on the same side... and you help me expose how much of a INSANE monster CarTYr is, and trust me... he's a lot more worse than you.... I would suggest you make your next choice wisely.. FRIEND."
Eri slowly stood, coughing from the pain. "How long do I have to choose...?" He said with a slight pained smile. His eyes sweeping the room as he tried to ignore the pain. "...And why aren't you just letting me bleed out if that's the two choices? Need permission or something?" He said softly, his eyes tearing up as he grasped at his side in utter agonizing pain.
"You have 3 hours, Eri Sylvie. And no, I do not need permission. I am merely being fair... Was Cartyr fair when he lead the authorities to your residents? Or when you forced you to live out in this wounds? What about when he made all the tunnels down below, was that fair? Keep that in mind..." With the snap of his fingers, he was gone. However, the pain and all was gone too and everything was back to being 'normal' per day for the time being, everything seemed... okay.
Eri looked around for a moment, the pain subsiding.  He walked to the door, hesitant to open it. He looked around his room, gazed almost longingly at his rifle. He started crying softly.. his face soon becoming tear stained. He looked at his hands for a moment, and quietly whispered, "....Should've shot myself.." He gently raised his head to gaze at the rifle. His vision blurred from crying. He sat on the ground on his knees. Shaking softly from trying not to just break down.
Rae showed up at the door before taking a deep breath, Rae knocked on the door and spoke softly, "Doc? You okay?" Eri slowly stood up, reaching to take the rifle off the wall. He paused, his eyes shut tightly for a moment, he then cried out. Covering his ears for a moment, he was shaking violently. He felt like he was having a seizure. Finally a different voice rang in his head.
'...Eri?' It would say, softly. 'Eri.. it's me...' Eri was gasping, slowly sitting up. He then slowly stood, gazing carefully up at the rifle."...I don't believe you.." '...I know..' The voice responded, it was gentle, careful. 'I don't like the new... one.. he's mean.. he shuts us up...' 'I ...wish you could fight him off for me..." Eri said softly, tilting his head towards his door. Eri slowly stepped towards the door, reaching for the doorknob. He heard muffled voices, "R-Rae?" *He said softly, twisting the doorknob.
Rae heard The Doctor, they flinched a little before turning to him. They looked like a wreck. Their eyes were still a bit bloodshot with tear tracks somewhat visible, their hair more messy than usual. They stammered, "O-oh, s-s-sorry, sir. I was just, c-checking in you..." Eri was visibly shaking, "Rae.. I need to talk to you... quickly.. before he comes back... please." He responded, he was shaking. "I need y-you to do something for me.." Eri was trying so hard to explain. Shaking and crying. He felt like he was insane.
Rae walked into the room, shutting the door on the Fae as they asked in a concerned voice, "What's wrong?" *Eri was struggling to speak through his rapid breathing, "I have 3 hours to decide.. If I'm willing to..." He stopped, he sounded insane, he freaked out a bit, trying to find the right words.*"Rae... I need you ....to kill me." *He said this blatantly, with no hesitation or sugar-coating it.
"I need you to shoot me.. because he won't let me do it.. Please. Before he comes back.."*He was crying at this point,* "He wants to hurt Cartyr. He wants me to not trust Cartyr... I'm confused and I just want to... I've been alive for so long.." He would gaze at Rae, his eyes dull.
Rae stared at Eri, not knowing how to respond. They stuttered, "D-doc... I'm not gonna kill you... I-I can't do that..." They were trembling a little, looking conflicted as they hugged themselves and tears pricked their eyes, "Listen, if this i-is about earlier I-I'm sorry."
Eri shook his head, "N-no... It's not.. Please.." He gazed at them, "P-please..." He said, pleading. "I'm sick, Rae. I'M SICK. I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF ANYMORE. PLEASE." He was sobbing, this man, who used to be so strong in Rae's eyes was completely broken, like a mustang that had been broke to ride.
Rae flinched at Eri's words. They whispered in a meak voice, "P-please... Don't make me do that..." They choked up, shaking as tears began to run down their face. Stumbling back against the door, they dug their nails into their arms as they choked out, "You're scaring me, doc..." Just calm down... Please..." *Eri was crying, sobbing really. R...Rae..." He choked out the words.
"He healed me.. To let me Decide.. That's the only proof I have.. I'm not injured.. just please listen to me.." Eri responded, sobbing, showing his arms, both without a scar from the knife they stabbed him with. "P...Please..." He spoke softly, "..Use my rifle... And put a bullet between my eyes, Rae."
Rae shakily grabbed the rifle, the voices in their head screaming. They aimed it at Eri, screwing their eyes shut as they looked away. Tears streamed down their face as they spoke quietly, "I-I'm sorry, Doc... I love you..." They hesitantly pulled the trigger, hearing the gun go off as they smell of gunpowder filled their nose. Dropping the gun, they slid down the wall and broke down. They couldn't even bring themselves to look in front of them.
