YOU AND junpei sat at the concrete stairs by the river bank while itadori was trying to call ijichi. you tried contacting him earlier but he is yet to answer his phone.
you flinch at the sudden movement of the ground below you, "did the ground just shake a little?" you were worried since the butterfly you sent a while ago didnt comeback to you yet, maybe it was also the cause of the sudden explosion.
"yeah. . . its about magnitude 2. . .?" junpei answered.
you heared itadori cursing under his breath that ijichi wont pick up his phone still, "maybe we can go ahead and ask him ourselves." you suggested while junpei just stared between you two, confused.
'is it something we can ask bluntly? more importantly, how much can i say about the magic college again? or maybe [name]-senpai has it covered? why wont ijichi-san pick the damn phone up!?' itadori thought to himself.
you guessed that ijichi is probably pursuing the other fly head and sighed in frustration, looking over to itadori who is also distressed, 'what are we going to do?'
junpei, on the other hand, kept quiet and remembered what the human like curse told him.
"if you meet a student with swirly buttons. . . be friendly with them they're shamans. im sure they'll get along with you, junpei."
he thinks for a while, 'but shamans are mahito-san's enemies, right. . .?'
"ahhh!!! whatever, [name]-senpai, let's just ask him." you made eye-contact with him, gesturing that he will be the one to ask, which he did.
"hey, the other day, people died in the movie theater you went to. did you see anything? something gross, like this?" he asked as he pointed at the fly head he held.
"no, i didnt see anything." you were taken-aback by his answer, there was no hint of hesitation but it left you an uneasy feeling. "ive only come to see then clearly. . . recently." he continued.
you rested your chin on the back of your palm while thinking out of the box, clearly not noticing itadori sitting beside junpei.
you were pulled back from your thoughts when itadori exclaimed, "then there's nothing more to ask!" you stared at the pink hairer boy in worry, 'he's too kind for his own good, i just hope no one will harm his pure heart.'
"huh? already?"
"but could you wait until our boss(?) or something comes." you snickered against your hand because of itadori calling ijichi your boss.
