Hyunjin's POV:

"HOLY MOLY-"

"SHUT UP JISUNG! LET ME EXPLAIN!" I yelled while clamping my hand over his mouth before he starts gossiping.

"You WHAT?!" This from Chan.

"My ears have betrayed me." Changbin.

"I think I misheard..." Seungmin.

"My innocence, it's gone." Muttered Jeongin.

"It's just a kiss Jeongin don't be dramatic." Felix replied to him.

"Where's the baby?"

"MINHO!" I yelled, already regretting telling them, "IT WAS JUST A KISS!"

I might have raised my voice a little too much...

"A kiss?!"

"What is he talking about?"

"It can't be! D-Did Hwang Hyunjin really kiss someone?!"

"Is it someone in our school? Is she a girl in our class maybe?"

"W-What if he has a girlfriend now?!"

"Oh no I can't imagine that!"

Great job Hyunjin, now all the cafeteria knows about this stupid kiss and soon enough, entire school will know.

I sighed as I sat back down, trying to calm my nerves.

"Sooo why did you kiss Yeona?" Asked Chan with a low voice as the rest leaned in closer to hear.

"I..."

"Do you like her?"

"Do you love her?"

"Did she kiss back?"

"Can I talk?" I finally said while they all nodded eagerly.

"I did kiss her but...I don't know about my true feelings really..." I breathed out, "I mean, I don't hate her but I don't know if what I'm feeling is called love either."

"Hyunjin, tell us exactly how you feel when you're around her." Chan said seriously.

"I...I feel happy? Excited sometimes? Although we fight and argue a lot, I don't really mind seeing her get all angry and pouty. She looks hilariously cute when she's mad at me and it amuses me. Over all, I just feel free around her...like she doesn't see me for how rich I am or for my looks. She's not expecting anything from me. She's not spilled all over me like those disgusting other girls who just wanna get in bed with me. She's different. I don't know how but I like it."

"Wow...you finally realised huh?" Minho spoke softly.

"Realised what?"

"How Yeona is a true friend who isn't just befriending us for looks and wealth. She's just an innocent girl who wants to have friends who would love her without judging her. Who would love her genuinely for who she is and not for her social status or her family background. She's just like us. The only difference is that we put on a mask. She doesn't."

"Which means she's braver than all of us." Concluded Jeongin and Minho nodded seriously for once.

"That's why we all loved her when you introduced her to us." Added Changbin.

"And the fact that YOU let a girl in your house was even more of a shock." Said Seungmin, "It was just very unusual so we knew instantly that she was special."

"When I let her into my house, it was because I felt her different attitude towards me than all the other girls I have met in my life. I didn't really know if she was a good person or not. I just knew she was different and that alone reassured me." I explained and the rest agreed.

"So, back to the kiss. Where exactly did you kiss her?" Asked Minho, returning to his playful and mischievous self.

".....on the lips."

"How many seconds did it last?"

"It's not an experiment Minho. Calm your hormones." Said Jisung, saving me the ton of weird questions that were about to pile up in Minho's mouth.

"Did you enjoy it?" Felix wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"Yes. No. Maybe? I mean *sigh* I wasn't paying attention!" I yelled.

"Are you stupid? What else would you be paying attention to? The TV?" Replied Changbin with sarcasm.

"Okay FINE! She does have nice lips and um...yeah."

"Istg Hyunjin of your were playing with her feelings I-"

"Why do you sound like the over-protective brother Felix? Calm down." I interrupted his threat.

"I just feel like I want to protect her from anyone who wants to hurt her. You included." He said while hissing at me.

"Speaking of protection, shouldn't you go check on Yeona? She hasn't showed up till now. I'm afraid she's getting bullied again." Stated Jeongin and I stood up with a nod.

Making my way towards the exit of the cafeteria, I heard some girls' voices echo in the empty hallway...

"Tell us bitch! I'm sure you know who Hyunjin was talking about since you spend too much time with him!"

"I swear if YOU are the girl he was referring to I will make sure you regret enrolling into this school for good."

"I already told you! I don't know what you're talking about-AGH!"

As soon as I heard a slap, I sped up and turned the corner where I saw Yeona getting up from the floor and three other girls looking down at her with scowls on their makeup-baked faces...

"How about I make sure you never set foot inside this school again?" I said from behind them as they turned abruptly, obviously startled,

"H-Hyunjin! Hi! Um..what do you mean?" One of them said while twirling a strand of her hair.

I closed down on her until she was pinned against the wall as I punched the area beside her head, she winced,

"It means that you will go crying to your rich daddy about your expulsion from this school and when he knows the reason behind it he will disown you for good." I glared down at her as I watched her face flood with fear and her eyes started tearing up.

Not that I cared at all.

I finally stepped away from her and looked back at the other two, "Same goes for you. No body ever touches her again."

They nodded frantically as they quickly scrambled across the hall and out of our sight.

I looked back at Yeona and she was...giggling?

"What?"

"I didn't know you could be this scary." She chuckled some more.

I didn't like it.

I didn't like it when she smiled to cover up her pain.

I didn't like it at all.
