Busted

[At the hospital...]

Yeona's POV:

Hyunjin seriously carried me all this time and refused to put me down until we reached the doctor's room. He placed me carefully on the bed and stood beside me...

"What appears to be the problem?" Asked the doctor with a calm smile.

"My ankle, it seems to have been swollen too much."

He lifted my leg and took a look at it.

"Does it hurt when I do this?" He asked and tapped on it as I screamed in pain.

"YAH! What do you think you're doing?!" Hyunjin yelled at him as if he was ready to throw hands.

I pulled him back, "Calm down it's okay."

"Hmm..." the Doctor then pulled out a new packaged thing from one of his drawers as he opened it...

"You shall wrap this around your ankle for at least a week. It's a healing tape, one of our best and the newest medical item. It will surely do the job and more."

"Okay um, thank you doctor but, how much is it?" I asked.

"300,000 won."  I almost fainted in my mouth.

I tugged on Hyunjin's sleeve beside me as he leaned his ear down to me, "Um, I don't think I really need that tape. It can just heal on its own and take its time you kno-"

"We'll take it."

Did he just ignore everything I said?!

"Hyunjin! I don't have that kind of money right now!" I whisper shouted at him when the doctor stood up to write his instructions.

"Who said anything about you paying?"

"Hyunjin, you can't just pay for everything for me. I appreciate it but I can't take that much from you."

"It's my money. I choose what to do with it."

I sighed but thanked him again nonetheless. We took that healing tape and the doctor offered me a pair of crutches so I could walk on my own.

Hyunjin's POV:

As we were heading back home, we were passing by a grocery store...

"Hey Yeona, we should stop here and get a few groceries since the fridge is nearly empty."

She nodded and we entered, holding for her the door so she could enter without problems.

I grabbed a trolly and we started strolling the aisles...

I went first and got a box of eggs as I placed it carefully into the trolly.

"Aren't you allergic to eggs?" She asked confused.

"Yeah but I can eat things that are made with eggs, like cake and chocolate. I get allergic if I only eat them alone." I explained.

We got a few more things but as I turned the corner, I found Yeona staring at the milk section and I knew what she was staring at...

"Go get it."

She turned to me with bright eyes, "REALLY?!" I nodded as she carefully walked there with the help of her crutches and got two cartons of strawberry milk.

Looks like I'll be writing strawberry milk on the shopping list from now on...

No one's POV:

They arrived back home as Yeona quickly plopped herself on the couch as soon as they entered.

"*sigh* Walking with crutches sure isn't as easy as I thought." She said as Hyunjin put down the groceries on the kitchen island and walked towards her with the healing tape in his hand.

"Here. Put this now, you'll have to keep it on for at least a week." She took it from him and thanked him sincerely.

"Stop thanking me. It's gross."

She gave him a disgusted look, "What did you say?? That doesn't even make sense."

"Nothing Hyunjin says makes sense." A voice came from behind the couch as Yeona jumped, freaked out and Hyunjin held her in his arms tightly, startled as well...

"Sorry if I scared you."

"WTF SEUNGMIN!! WHO CREEPS OUT ON SOMEONE LIKE THAT?!" Yelled Hyunjin.

"Are you going to keep holding each other like that?" Asked Jeongin, rising from behind the couch too.

"AAAH! JEONGIN?! YOU GUYS ARE INCREASING BY THE SECOND!" Yelled Hyunjin again.

"He's right though-"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" Yeona and Hyunjin both screamed for the third time after hearing Felix's deep voice emerging from behind the curtain.

"THAT'S IT, WHERE'S THE REST OF YOU?!" Shouted Hyunjin, at last, throwing Yeona back on the couch and looking around him.

"It's just us." Stated Seungmin and Hyunjin sighed,

"I shouldn't have told you guys my front door passcode..." then he collapsed on the armchair.

"It's 12:16 in the fucking midnight, what are you guys doing here?" He finally asked the youngest three who were now seated in front of him on the other couch.

"We came to check on something." Stated Felix.

"What something?"

"A theory Seungmin has thought of." Said Jeongin.

"And it turned out to be right." Smirked Seungmin.

Hyunjin didn't like the sound of that, "W-What theory?"

"Yeona is living here with you. Am I right?"
