ALOMST LOST.

Chapter 4.

Derek Morgan's POV.

This girl was something. I didn't even know she existed yet here she is knowing both Hotch and Gideon as it they were a father figure to her, but they seem close. It pissed me off how she managed to take me down so easily and then how she just came in here telling me not to profile her and then shouting at Reid for almost saying something he shouldn't have. Which I applaud her she actually managed to get him to shut up which is more than most of us have achieved, she found an off button straight away. However, her whole persona changed in the conference room when Gideon stopped talking, like she already knew who the unsub was which would be impossible.

When she ran out everyone looked around at each other while both Gideon and Hotch both got up and ran after her. I turned to Reid and said, "Pretty boy, what's her story?" he looked at me then at the ground, something he did when he was nervous or uncomfortable which in this case is probably both. He shook his head "I don't know her story I just know reports but none of them are probably accurate and I don't think by the way she reacted earlier she wants us to know" he finished with that and went back to reading the file along with the girls who were secretly listening into the conversation.

"Seriously, Reid that's all I'm going to get" I said getting slightly annoyed, this girl has gotten under my skin and it bugs me I've only known her mere hours. "Yes, Morgan that's all you're going to get, if you want to know so bad why don't you just ask her, or do you not want to be put on your ass again" Reid said with a smirk. I scoffed while rolling my eyes and looked over the profile. To me it just looked like a bunch of girls going missing and turning up dead in the same town in an obvious spot easily found, meaning this guy is confident in his abilities. I'll admit there is a pattern to certain aspects of the profile for example the time frame and the way they are killed but I can't understand how they link to our original missing girl, there's no link that I can see other than they all kind of look alike meaning the basic features such as dark brown har, dark brown eyes and their age.

I hear the door open as Gideon, Hotch and Adrianna come back into the room. It's clear Adri has been crying due to the mascara stains running down her cheeks. Garcia being Garcia runs around looking for some makeup wipes to help out Adrianna with. I get lost in thought while watching her talk with the girls, she is beautiful, stunning even she's guarded only allows her emotions out with certain people those being Hotch and Gideon that I have seen but when she's talking to them it's like she's not actively trying to hide something like when she is with other people. When I came back to reality, she was now sat in between me and Hotch with her whole attention focused on the picture of the little girl's photo on the board.

Gideon began to speak at the front again "Have we noticed any similarities with the victims?" he says I speak up "I mean they all have the same kind of physical features and age along with the kill time being the same," I paused "I also found that they were all killed in the same way giving the killer a signature along with they are all found in extremely public places meaning our unsub is confident in his abilities and plans ahead meaning he's organized."

Adrianna looks impressed but as if she already knew all these things. Then she spoke up.
