Next day Noah was waiting for her when she arrived at the bus stop. He smiled when he saw her. She nodded shyly and tried not to look at him.
'What is your name?', he asked her. She looked at him with shock written on her face. Realising that she is now staring at him Noah blushed.'Umm..I mean ,I am sorry for not asking your name yesterday'. He tried to look anywhere but her eyes. He can hear his heartbeats ringing in his ears.
'Meera'. She replied this time looking at him. He saw pink tinting on her cheeks. It felt surreal to him. 'Ohh...which stream are you in? I am Commerce.' 'Science', she replied. He nodded at her words and glanced at the busstop. More kids from their school is now filling inside the bus stop. He wanted to ask her more but then the bus arrived.
Noah is not like the others. She realised that from the few interactions they had in school. Whenever they passed at the hallways he smiled at her. She don't want him to smile at her afraid that he won't smile when he realise she is a wallflower. At the same time a part, a very small part of her heart was thrilled to see his smiling face. The radio was playing her favourite song. Meera realised she has a crush on Noah.
