Chapter 11: Familiar Faces

"You are the Welsh Dragon, Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou am I right," the Silver-haired man said

'How does this guy know who I am no the better question is who is this guy Issei thought to himself

"I am Vali, the White Dragon Emperor but you can call me the Vanishing Dragon," Vali said with a smirk

'Damnit my left arm is going crazy, this sure is a crappy time to do this' Issei thought while holding his arm as looked up to see Vali pointing at him

"How vulnerable you, it wouldn't take much to end you with my magic, it'll almost be too easy," Vali said

Issei stepped back to summon his boosted gear but stopped halfway as he saw both Xenovia and Kiba with their swords in front of his neck. Kiba informed him his little "joke" has gone far enough, with Xenovia chiming in by saying that it wouldn't be smart to let him start a fight with Issei.

"What's going on?" Asia asked

"Asia get back," Issei said

"Hmph. Is this the best move, if all of you fighting together couldn't even take Kokabiel down, what makes you think that you'll stand a chance against me" Vali said

"He's right you know, so it's best to stop before you guys cause a scene," Sasuke said

"Huh!?" Kiba and Xenovia said looking behind

"Sasuke and Ayame!?" Issei said as he turned around

"And you guys are doing this so early in the morning too," Sasuke said

"Can you guys put your swords away please?" Ayame asked

"Tch!" Kiba said as he and Xenovia lowered and dematerialized their swords as they walked over to them

"So what brings you here Vali?" Sasuke asked

"I merely came here to see and talk with my so-called rival" Vali responded

"I see, well don't let stop you please do carry on," Sasuke said

"Thanks, Issei let me ask you something," Vali said

"Hey what is it," Issei said

"How do think you compare to those with a higher power in this world?" Vali asked

"What do mean" Issei replied

"I'm talking about your balance breaker it looks quite incomplete if you ask me but it's still a 4 digit ranking," Vali said and continues by saying "On a scale of strongest to weakest that I'd saying between 1000th to 1500th or maybe even lower"

'Issei is in 4 digit ranking' Ayame thought to herself

"Yeah that's great so what's your point?" Issei asked

'It sounds like Vali wants to be properly trained' Sasuke thought

"My point is that you're a valuable player you should be properly nurtured and taken care of, don't you agree Rias?" Vali asked

"What the hell!?" Issei said shocked as turned around to see Rias, Akeno and Koneko

"I don't need your advice," Rias said as she walked up to him

"But you should probably if not definitely take it" Sasuke mumbles

"...." Koneko looked at Sasuke as she heard what he said

"If you came on behalf of the fallen angels, I can assure you that it's a waste of time," Rias said

"Heh. Did you know that both the Welsh Dragon and the Vanishing Dragon called up the twin sky dragon" Vali said
