"What she's just a girl and looks just like Asia too, wait does that all bishops have to be pretty blondes" Issei stated
This made Kiba chuckle, causing Issei to wonder what's so funny. Sasuke tells that the 'girl' he's fallen for is a boy, leaving Issei in disbelief and asking Rias if it was which she does confirm shocking both him and Asia. Akeno informs them that he does like to dress up as a girl. Rias hugs him and introduces him as her second bishop known as Gasper Bloody, a first-year at the school as well as a half-blooded vampire.
"HE'S NOT A GIRL!? WHAT THE HELL!!! WHY...WHY HELL HAVE I BEEN FORSAKEN" Issei shouted in disappointment
"Well technically, you're the one who has forsaken," Asia said
"Asia isn't wrong about that" Ayame said
"You look way too hot in chicks clothes dude," Issei said
"Issei ain't wrong about that" Sasuke said
"Excatly plus if you're not going anywhere, just who are you dressing up for?" Issei asked
"F-for me I guess, I just think that these clothes cuter that's all," Gasper said blushing a little
"Oh don't pull adorable bullcrap with me," Issei said as fell to his knees
As Issei said that, Sasuke began to feel a small amount of pain on his neck causing him to his left hand on it. This pain made Sasuke remember that his yearly Mitsuzuri checked-up is approaching and needs to do it. While Sasuke ignored everything Issei, Koneko and Rias said but once Issei touched Gasper, he shrieked and disappeared in front of everyone and appeared somewhere else. This made everyone except Rias, Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko wonder how he did that, which Akeno informs them about Gasper's sacred gear the Forbidden Balor View.
"Forbidden Balor View? What's that?" Issei asked
"It's also called the evil eye that stops the world," Akeno said
"I take it that's his sacred gear?" Ayame asked
"Yes it is," Rias said
"When he gets too excited he can stop whatever he's looking at, at that moment, for a certain amount of time," Koneko said
"Damn! That sounds like pretty broken sacred gear" Sasuke said
Main Room
"Unfortunately, Gasper couldn't control his power, so Sirzechs thought it would be best for him to be sealed away here s a precautionary measure," Akneo said
"I see," Ayame said
"And on top of that, it would seem that his power is growing unconsciously," Rias said
"So?" Ayame asked
"So there's a possibility that he might achieve a balance breaker," Rias said
"Wait be isn't that good?" Issei asked
