Chapter 4: The Reunion

Evening

On their way home Issei, Asia and Koneko were accompanied by Sasuke while Rias and Akeno were with Sona and Tsubaki at Sona's house talking about the holy swords since Sona came to the Occult Research Club (ORC), to tell Rias that the holy swords in private.

"Don't you guys find it a bit strange, why do you think Sona wanted to talk to Rias about?" Issei asked

"Is there something wrong with Rias talking someone" Koneko said

"No, there's nothing's wrong about it, I'm just worried about Kiba is all" Issei replied

"Same, anyways see you guys later" Koneko said before crossing the street

Issei, Sasuke and Asia told Koneko goodbye they all went to Issei's house to spend the night. Issei and Asia wondered why Sasuke was following them home. Sasuke looked at them and told them why he was following them "Issei, I'm following you because I wants to see what your house is like and nothing mo-" Sasuke looked behind him seeing Issei and Asia standing still, then he felt the presence of the holy swords in a house ahead of him. Issei rushed into his house to see if his mother was still alive, only to find out his mother was laughing and having a conversation with the two holy sword welders that Sasuke saw this morning. Issei and Asia peeked out to see. Issei's mother turned around to see Issei, Asia and someone else, she greets them and wondered why Issei was making a sour face and who was the raven haired boy he had brought home with him. Sasuke walked in and introduced himself then bowed and stared at the holy swords, Issei wondered who they were until the orange haired girl spoke

"It's been awhile hasn't it Issei, don't tell me that you've forgotten me" she said

"Yeah um" Issei replied

"Irina Shidou" his mother said before showing him a picture with both of them as kid

Issei was surprised to know that his childhood friend who he mistaken for a boy was actually a girl. Irina wanted to catch up with Issei since a lot has happened to both of them but  what she wants to do is get to know more about Sasuke. In her eyes, he's the perfect boyfriend except she didn't know, that he already have  girlfriend, a pure blooded devil girlfriend. Neither Sasuke nor Irina's partner could keep their eyes off eye other, it made Issei wonder if there was a connection between them or something else.

Night

After catching up with Issei and getting to know a little about Sasuke, the two wielders took their leave. Issei, Asia and Sasuke went up to Issei's room to chill, Sasuke put his bag on the floor then went and stared out the window looking at the sky. After two minutes passed, Issei put his bag on the floor as well while Asia put her bag on Issei's bed, then gremory magic circle opened and Rias appeared out of it. She hugged Issei and Asia since she was worried about them and what she might find when she came back to the house until she say Sasuke standing behind them staring out the window.

"Sasuke, what are you doing here?" Rias asked

He turned around and replied "I wanted to see what Issei's house was like is all Rias"

"I see. So Issei, why were they talking to your mother?" Rias asked

"I guess Irina wanted to catch up and show me that she's a chick now they never said why they were there" Issei replied

"But all they really cared but is that Issei and Asia were devils and I'm also guessing that Sona told you Rias" Sasuke said 

"Yes she did. We'll be meeting with them at the clubroom tomorrow. Sasuke would you like to join us?" Rias asked

"Sure, I would love to join you guys tomorrow" Sasuke replied

"Thank you, Sasuke" Rias said

Sasuke moved from the window and told Rias that he's gonna call his brother walked out of Issei's room and called his brother to tell him that he'll be coming home late tomorrow evening. After telling Itachi that he'll be home late tomorrow, he went back inside Issei's room and told them that he'll see them tomorrow, they all nodded. Sasuke gave Issei his phone number and told him to call him emergencies or if he wants to meet up, with that he got his bag and left Issei's house. Issei got a message from his summoner to go fishing with him, he told Rias that he got another contract to fulfil so he got up and left the house.
After Issei met up with his summoner and started to fish with him, he started to have doubts about tomorrow since his childhood friend is a follower of the church. After a few minutes of silence, his summoner asked him if something was wrong.

"Sorry, I've just got a lot on my mind is all" Issei said

"It's a but unusual to see a devil look worried isn't it" his summoner said

Issei looked at him and said "Yeah your right dude"

"Things in this world never go the way want them to. If you you keeping stressing about the future it's gonna be a waste of time, just wait it out, things will change" the summoner said

"He's right" Issei said under his breath

"Oh. Looks like you've got a bit" the summoner said

Issei was surprised to see that he caught a fish, so he pulled it in and smiled.
