"C'mon Hiro, you wont look that bad" Gou shouted from the other side of the curtain. I shyly pulled back the curtain and walked out of the changing room. Gou gushed at how cute I looked, he would never admit it but I swear I saw Rin blush. How did this even happen?

*flashback*

"I'm sorry for telling Rin, and Makoto, and Haru, and basically everyone" Gou apologized. I laughed a bit, I would've told everyone too. "So that's why this weekend we're going shopping" she said.

"Shopping" I said nervously. I'm not much of a shopping person. But if it's with Gou it'll be fun...right. So we agreed that this Saturday we're going to the mall at around two. My parents send money at least once a month to make sure Haru and I are okay, but Gou insisted she pay. Which I'm not complaining, if it's free it's good (lol free, I slay me).

It was finally the weekend, I had no idea what to wear, probably something simple since Gou is gonna make me try on stupid outfits. I chose an orange sleeveless sweater, black skinny jeans, combat boots, and my headband as always. First stop was Shinotome Salon. Gou and I have literally been planning this shopping trip since we were kids.

We were outside the salon and Gou kept looking around for some reason. "Is everything okay" I ask, she just nods slowly and we walk inside.

"Girl, just dump him, he's not good enough for you. I mean if he doesn't give you a ring before your anniversary drop him like he's hot, even though he's not" an oddly familiar voice said. I turn to see two middle-aged women and a shark toothed red-head next to them.

"Rin" I say, dumbfounded. He was getting a pedicure, I'm not sure if I lost my respect for him, or if I have a newfound respect for him. He must've gotten his hair styled too, he's wearing a towel over his hair.

"Oh, hey, Hiro" he said awkwardly. "Just getting my manly nails done, ya know, the manly way" he said even more awkwardly. I'm trying very hard not to laugh.

"Okay Hiro-...nii-san" Gou said, finally spotting her brother. I sat down waiting for the stylist. Gou requested my hair style so I got stuck with the sickeningly cute cat-ear hairstyle. She gushed at how adorable I looked. While getting my hair done I heard a shrill scream, I couldn't move my head at the time to see what happened since I was getting a shampoo but I would find out sooner or later.

We went up to go pay and called Rin over. I was completely surprised by his appearance. His new green hair is... interesting. He caught me staring and rolled his eyes. He paid and we all exited. I guess a girls trip turned into a girls and Rin trip.

"So...what's with the new look" I ask when we're in the crowd of mall goers.

"Emi-san did this, in case you two go there again I recommend the back massage from Kuroo, he has the hands of a god" Rin said, nothing but admiration in his eyes. I couldn't help but laugh at how adorkable he's being.

Gou dragged the two of us into this cute frilly and pink store. I hated it the second I walked in. But I shall pretend to be happy for Gou. She immediately pushed me into one of the pink sparkly dressing rooms and handed me a bunch of dresses.

*present*

Oh true, this happened because of one word. Free. Like I said, who could resist. I was in a blue and white short lolita dress, it was cute, but not me. Like the cat-ear hairstyle, cute, but not me.

"Hm- Sei-kun" Gou called out to a tall orange-haired male outside the store. His face immediately brightened up, she ran up to him and he picked her up and spun her around.

"Gou-kun" he said and placed a quick peck on her lips. I slightly blushed to myself, that's probably her boyfriend. If not they're really close friends.

"That's her boyfriend" Rin whispers in my ear, his voice sends shivers down my spine. I just realized now how close he is, the warmth from his body is...really nice.

"Hiro-chan" Gou came running toward me, dragging her boyfriend along. "Sei-kun, this is my childhood friend Hiroki Nanase" she introduced.

"Hiro-kun, this is Seijuro Mikoshiba, my old captain" Rin said, awkwardly. I extend my hand for him to shake it. He, instead, engulfs me in a hug. I don't mind hugging, but he's like a head taller than me. He finally lets go and allows me to breath.

"Hiroki-chan, Matsuoka, you guys don't mind if I borrow Gou-kun do you" he asked. Before I could even speak Rin replied for the two of us.

"We'll be fine," he said "you two have fun." I always expected him to be the overprotective brother type, he's letting her go too easy. We give a quick wave and changed out of the annoying dress, the second I stepped out of the dressing room Rin grabbed my hand and we went to Forever 21. My bae for life store.

"Thought you might wanna have some actual fun shopping" he said. I really wanted to kiss him, that's how happy I was. I mean like in general I wanna kiss hi- no I don't, nope, no he's a friend, no kissing. Well maybe a peck- no.

While I was busy deciding whether or not I wanna kiss Rin he went and already brought me some clothes to try on. Like his sister he pushed me into the dressing room.

It was a striped orange crop top, and a pair of black high waisted shorts, Rin truly knows me well. I walked out and a small smile formed on his lips.

"Well, don't you look cute" he said, the small smile turning into a full on grin. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Thank you, RinRin" I say, and walk back into the dressing room to change. He gave me two other outfits to try on. One was a cute, lose, short red-dress matching his original hair color. The other were acid washed overall shorts and a black Alice Nine shirt. I decided to also buy myself a black flat hat, because why not, if Rin's insisting on paying it's practically free. Who could resist anything free.

We also stopped by Pacsun and Tilly's to get Rin some new trainers, and a beanie. He kept staring at the boards there, I swear he would've never left. I had to promise him a race so he could leave before the store manager could come and yell at us.

We left the loud mall and Rin took me to a cute little Ice-cream shop at the park we went to as kids. I remember playing tag here, Nagisa always came after me when he was 'it', his determination really scared me. Rin came back with my cookies and cream cone, he just got plain vanilla.

"Remember when we were kids and you got stuck up that tree while running from Nagisa" Rin said, laughing to himself. I playfully hit his arm.

"Don't laugh, that blonde shota is scary" I said. I sighed from nostalgia. "You were adorable, but now you're all 'rawr, I'm Rin Matsuoka, so effin tough. Fight me rawr'" I said in my best Rin impersonation, which was pretty good if I do say so myself. He laughed, like a full out laugh, it was really cute.

"He's really cute" shut up teenage thoughts, I said to my subconscious.

"Oh yeah, well what about you. Before you were all cute and 'RinRin, save me, Nagi-chan is going to kill me'. But now you're just 'I'm Hiro fucking Nanase, and I'm the best" he mocked.

"I am" I bluntly replied.

"Oh yeah, prove it" he challenged.

"How do I prove I'm the best" I asked. He leaned in really close and whispered two words I never dreamed he would until two seconds ago.

"Kiss me"
