Chapter 11

Today's the last day of exams before summer break. Rin and I haven't talked since that day. Of course I'm mad at him for accusing me of sabotage, but I really hate fighting. This is the second time we fought in the past four months.

"Just talk to him, it's not like he bites" Gou suggested.

"That's not what Rei said" I retorted. Gou sighed and sat up on my bed.

"Rin's just on his man period" she said.

"What should I do, buy him chocolate" I said bitterly. Gou rolled her eyes.

"Why won't you two just kiss and make up" she whined. I blushed at the thought of kissing Rin. "...Hiro" she stared at me.

"Hm" I said.

"Do you like Rin"

"Yeah he's coo-"

"No- I mean do you...like, like-like him" she stared at me intently. I blushed, do I like Rin? We've been getting a lot closer recently, mind the argument. There have been times that I thought about him romantically.

"I don't know" I replied quietly. She sighed and got up.

"When you decide tell me, okay" she smiled and returned the smile. "I have to make some final preparations for the beach trip" with that she left.

I plopped down on my bed and turned on my music. I need some EXO. I stared at the ceiling and thought about none other than that shark-toothed bitch.

Gou P.O.V~

Rin and Hiro need to stop fighting over pointless things. How is my otp supposed to set sail that way. I know Rin didn't want me to meddle but I think now is necessary. I decided to go visit him in Samezuka. I knocked on his dorm door and heard a muffled "come in."

"Nii-chan, we need to talk" I said as I walked in.

"What's it about" he said, uninterested.

"You know Hiro didn't mess with your board" I sat next to him on the bottom bunk.

"Then who did" he said defensively. "It was just you, me and her" I thought for a moment.

"Who told you Hiro messed with it" I countered.

"Ai"

"But you said it was just the three of us" I said smugly. He was awestruck for a minute. He sighed and looked down.

"I fucked up again didn't I" he said. I patted his back affectionately.

"It's okay, you were bound to mess up anyway" I laughed and a depressing aura surrounded Rin. "Just find a way to make it up with her- ask her out on a date" I suggested.

"Yeah...yeah. Yeah! Yeah, I'll ask her out on a date" he said confidently and picked up his phone. He waited a moment for the phone to ring. I'm so proud of him, he's finally taking matters into his own hands.

"Yo, Hiro, meet me at Samezuka in an hour for a rematch. I'll drag you if you don't come....Yes same bet....No, I'm not done being a bitch...No! You can suck my ass. Bye" he hung up and turned to me beaming. "I think that went great" I sweatdropped.

"Nii-chan, you're an idiot"

Hiro P.O.V~

I have no choice but to go to Samezuka and race Rin again. But for some reason I'm actually anxious to go. I really wanna see him and his toothy smile, and brilliant red eyes, perfect maroon hair...what. No, no, no. No. We're mad Hiro, stay mad.

"Haru" I heard a familiar voice call from downstairs. I peak out my door and see Makoto looking like a lost puppy.

"He's taking a bath" I called down.
