Remember that if you believe shifting is real then there is a very good chance you will be able to shift. If you haven't shifted your first or second try, don't give up. Try another method - which we will be talking about in the book - and see if it works for you.
If it doesn't you can always try next time. Don't forget that trying to shift the first time might not work. But if it does, then that's good for you. I won't be wasting too much time for you reading this so let's get on with the book.
