Louis

“So, what’s going on? Are you two dating?” I bounced up and down in my seat like an overexcited squirrel, almost squealing with the adorableness of it all. “Did you…?”

“No!” Liam exclaimed, leaning back against the hard leather of the plane seat and closing his eyes. His face was shadowed, exhausted, but he looked like he’d had the time of his life. “Look, we had a really lovely date, went back to her flat, and talked all night. Nothing else. Alright?”

“Oh, come on,” Zayn scoffed. “You made out before you two left. I know you did other stuff, too. Spill the beans, Daddy.”

He hesitated, biting his lip. “Well….”

“Oooh, Zayn’s right! Our little LiLi got freaky!” Piper exclaimed, her stuffed-up nose making the sentence sound even funnier. She scooted closer to him, Niall moving with her. He had been practically attached to her hip since she had admitted to being sick. “Give us all the dirty details. What happened?”

He shook his head, his face set. “No. A gentleman does not kiss and tell. I won’t lie, we did some stuff, but I’m not going to give your pure little minds images you don’t want.”

Harry, who had contented himself with sitting in my lap and playing with my hair, snorted. I could feel the vibration against my own chest. “Pure minds, my arse. I think we can agree that we’ve all done some pretty risqué things. Now tell us before I have to throw Niall at you.”

He chuckled as the Irish boy spluttered in objection and rolled his eyes. “Fine. She refused to let me call one of you to drive, so we couldn’t do anything in the car, but when we got to her flat, we made out for a little while until we felt like we needed to….erm….cool things down a bit. That’s when we started talking. From then on, we made out off and on until I had to leave. Nothing worse than that happened, I promise. Satisfied?”

“No,” I huffed, crossing my arms over my chest and pouting. “You’re no fun.”

“Well,” Liam chuckled, stretching, “I’m sorry my sex life disappoints you.” He looked out the window and did a double take at the suddenly stationary scenery. “Hey, I think we’ve landed. How the hell did we miss that?”

“We were distracted by your sexless sex story,” I grumbled, yelping as he punched me hard in the shoulder. I nudged Harry gently off my lap and stood on my tiptoes to grab my carry-on from the top rack, winding my fingers back through his the minute my hand was free. We all said our goodbyes to Niall and Piper, who were settling down next to each other for the long flight to Ireland, and stumbled off the plane and into the lobby. Much to our surprise, Simon was waiting for us there.

“Boys!” He embraced each of us tightly and held us at arm’s length, surveying us with his signature calculating gaze. Behind his back, we all looked at each other, bewildered. What was he doing here? “You’ve all grown so much—I can hardly believe it. How has the tour been going? Anything I should know about?”

“No,” we all chorused, and were shocked when a single “yes” was identifiable through the din. Harry, realizing what he had just done, gulped at all of our raised eyebrows but stood his ground, turning back to Simon. He took in a sharp breath of air before letting out, all in one breath, “Louis and I have something to tell you, but not here. Can we go back to your office?” I started to choke, looking at him with wide eyes. I knew all too well what it was about, and it suddenly scared me to death.  We do?
