Neither Ammra nor Miraak noticed how many days had passed since their battle took place. Later that night, the ward that surrounded Miraak from Hermaues Mora wore off.
"She is not as harmless as she appears. You are swayed so easily..." his sinister laughter echoed. "Remember. No one can resist my offer." He paused. "You know she wants it too. She almost killed you once...and she can do it again after using you."
"You don't think I will let that happen easily, do you?" this time Miraak answered in his mind as an unknown hatred crept in. It was not his rage, but those emotions were like poison forcefully feed into his throat.
"Know that she is also capable of replacing you." He said with a humiliating tone. "But, if you manage to turn the table, she can be your minion. Imagine how useful Dragonborn minion can be." Miraak remained silent. "She could be your death or your servant. The choice is yours."
The conversation had a devious effect that put Miraak to sleep. He saw himself walking down the way under the dark sky of Apocrypha where a huge throne was waiting for him. There was a sound of a door swung open from the right side. He stopped and turned his head.
Something drew him closer to that door. Miraak took the first step. The pull became stronger the more step he took until eventually, before he knew it, Miraak stood in the doorway.
Yol Toor Shul... fire breath came out from a child's mouth as he shouted.
"Pruzah! Excellent. That is to be expected from our knight." Paarthurnax exclaimed. "As the first Dov in Joor body created by Akatosh, you showed your inborn quality well."
Aldiuin came and landed near them. The child happily ran toward Alduin and hug his neck. "Bormah. Father!" he cheered. "I could breathe fire."
"Zeymah. My brother. It seems his Joor part still take you as his bormah." Paarthurnax said.
"How was his training?" Alduin ignored the child who was happily playing around his body.
"He is doing great. A true dov, a promising knight that can represent us amongst the mortals." Alduin remained silent as if he was thinking of something.
"If he is to walk amongst the Joor, he will need a name." Alduin said. The young boy now sat below his head, listening intently. "Miraak. That will be his name."
The boy smiled widely and saying, "Thank you, Bormah."
Suddenly the surface beneath him crumbled. He fell deep into the darkness where thousands of black tentacles wrapped around his body until one of them piercing through it. Pain and terror consumed him as he remembered the agony of being under Hermaeus Mora's control.
"Miraak...please...wake up" he heard a tender voice followed by a soothing cool sensation. "Miraak..." slowly he could regain a sense over his body. He felt a strong force pulling him up and slowly Miraak managed to open his eyes but he could not see anything. "Take more cold water, kids." The voice ordered. The sound of someone running through the door was heard. There was a splashing sound followed by a cool sensation as something was rubbed on his forehead.
Miraak muttered something under his breath yet Ammra could not figure it out. In a brief second, she saw his eyes were black. All black. Ammra did not need further explanation on what had happened. She knew it was Hermaeus Mora's doing. Ammra cupped his face with one hand.
