Part 1

Once lived a very beautiful princess in a castle far away from everyone. She got everything her heart desires. Everyone fell in love with her at first sight. I mean who wouldn't fall in love with a princess, right? But only a prince could make her heart beat a little faster.

That's how most fairy tales go. Living in a big castle seemed the best thing that could happen to me. Thinking of how beautiful the dresses would be. Walking down the big halls, seeing the mesmerizing garden. I couldn't wait to move into the castle. But my story was a little bit different than i thought.

"Y/n! Are you ready!?". My mom yelled at me, while she was putting the last box in the car. I excitedly ran down the stairs. I arrived at the car and my mom was smiling at me. "Look at you all dressed up". She said touching my hair.

"I wanna make a good first impression".
"Well let's go, we don't wanna be late". My mom locked the door and left the keys in an envelope for the next residents. "I can't wait to see the castle". I said getting into the car. "Do you think they will have a big chandelier?". "They probably do". "Omg!!". My mom just laughed at me.

After a long ride we finally arrived at the castle. "Y/n wake up". My mom shook me awake. "We're here". She gave me a smile as she got out of the car. I looked out of the window and saw the castle right infront of me. "Wow". It's bigger than i thought.

I got out of the car and someone was waiting at the front gate. "Goodmorning ma'am". The man said, greeting my mom.
"Goodmorning". She said as we both bowed. "Follow me". We started following the man and i linked my arm with my moms. The man opened the big frontdoors and we stepped inside.

Seeing how big it was, caught me of guard. This is beautiful. We're really gonna live here? We were still following the man. He led us to his office. "Please sit down". I was looking around his office. Even this office is bigger than our house. "Y/n". My mom said snapping me out of my thoughts.

I sat down in the chair next to my mom. "So it's good to have you guys here". I smiled. "you obviously know why you guys are here, so let's run through some rules". Rules? What kind of rules? "There won't be any interactions with the royal family, only if they order you to do something".

"Don't go anywhere where you're not allowed to go". "Don't do anything you're not supposed to do". What are all of these rules? He kept on going with his rules. "And lastly, you'll be wearing these outfits all day". He said laying down some outfits. I looked at my mom with questionable eyes. "What do you mean we have to wear outfits?". I asked, not understanding.

"You have to wear them so everyone knows you're a housekeeper". My eyes went wide. "housekeeper?" I said under my breath. I looked at my mom, but she just kept her head down. "Mom?". I said on the urge of tears. "I'm sorry". I heard her say. "You knew about this?". "This was the only way to get you with me". I rolled my eyes.

"Otherwise they would take you away from me". She said still not looking at me.
