Dean: He rarely celebrated his birthday but with you it was different. He'd make you gifts and let you drive the impala and make you pie (because cake was worse). He'd make everything special for you- everything in order and in shape.
Sam: After giving you small gifts, he'll do everything you would normally do like clean the kitchen and house, bake, etc. It was a free day for you, mixed with the warm hugs and kisses of Sammy.
Crowley: After getting everything you've wanted, he sends his demons away and demands them to not bother him for the time being. He lets you drag him to shop, to eat, to do anything you possibly want. Later in the night it's a romantic dinner with slow R&B music- the kind that turns you on- and he lets you be in command that night.
Castiel: He goes all out with balloons, cake, oddly wrapped presents, a happy birthday sign, and party hats. Something bad always happens like a balloon will pop or the cake isn't edible or the candles set something else on fire. In the end it's the thought that counts and simple kisses as you two cuddle on the couch watching whatever movie.
Gabriel: Two words. Birthday sex. All. Day. Long.
Balthazar: Sweet gifts here and there, light kisses and caresses, expensive foods and wines. A perfect easy day for turning a year older.
Lucifer: You're out and about doing the things he had planned months before. Roller scatting, movie watching, vodka tasting, club premieres. Anything and everything planned exactly on your birthdate. Perfect.
