Dean-
The fact that you've self-harmed. The first time you wore shorts, Dean had noticed the scars decorating your thighs, but thankfully never mentioned it. It was the same when he'd get you in bed- the only way you truly know he cares is when he presses his soft lips to them.
Sam-
When he drank demon blood. It was a low part in his life, the addiction that everyone gets one time or the other. You tried not to mention it, hoping it would be forgotten in time.
Castiel-
Before you two were dating, you'd come home with bruises decorating your arms and occasionally your face. Castiel figured out that it was your abusive boyfriend and slowly helped you accept the fact that you had to leave him. Eventually you did and the whole relationship was either forgotten or kept quiet.
