Quirk: I've Got All The Time In The World.
Type: Mutation.
Description: The quirk effects the user by drastically changing their mental outlook. The quirk makes the user procrastinate on everything. The closer the user gets to a specified deadline the more focused they are and heightens their adrenaline output making it seem as if time as slowed to them. The order of adrenaline output coincides with what task the user perceives as most important.
Drawbacks: The user is very lazy and the more adrenaline is used the more tired the user will be after the task is completed.
