Description: When the user makes any type of skin contact with someone the target becomes a chibi version of themself. This also works on any humanoid object
Drawbacks: The quirk requires skin contact.
Extra Info: People lose most of their height and the average person to be chibi-ized is around the size of a small child, making them very easy to punt.
