Quirk: Teleporter
Type: Emitter
Description: The user can teleport to any location they wish to. Except that one of the user's parents had a time stopping quirk and thats how the user teleports. By stopping time and moving to the place they wish.
Drawbacks: The user can only move things that are within one meter of them before they teleport. Cannot go throught doors when teleporting.
