Quirk: Mental Pathways.
Type: Emitter
Description: The user can make "pathways" into peoples minds. These pathways can let the user and target share thoughts, memories, and feelings. If the pathway is open too long the target can forcibly keep the path open if their will is stronger than the users.
Example: If 1 had a path to 2 for a certain amount of time and didnt close it, then 2 could keep it open if 1 cant block them. Imagination is a defining factor in this.
Drawbacks: The pathways are always open, sending, and receiving messages about what the other is feeling.
