Quirk: One Atom
Type: Emitter
Description: The user can control a single atom of every single thing. Transformation, duplication, fission, creation, destruction. You name it, they can do it but only with the one atom.
Drawbacks: The user can only control the one atom and it requires immense focus.
Extra Info: The user can give up control over an atom in a thing and take control of another. If an atom has been created/destroyed then once control is given up in the thing it reverts back to its original form. Transformed atoms stay the same when given up control.
