My heart was beating so rapidly that my chest began to hurt. I couldn't hear anything over how loud my heart beat was. "J-J-Jack?" I stammered shaking like a leaf. "I'm here, Millie." he assured me.  He seemed a little too calm. What was going on? "Jack?" "Millie!" he screamed in fear. "JACK!!!" I shrieked. I instantly sprinted away and tried to find my way back to the car. I was shaking so bad that I almost dropped my flashlight. I tripped over a log and scraped my knee, but I immediately got up and continued running while ignoring the stinging pain I was experiencing. "Millie!" I saw Jack coming towards me, and all the terror I was feeling melted away. The skeleton face paint he was wearing was smeared and his forehead was cut which was dripping blood. I threw my arms around him in a hug and cried. He hugged me back and he was shaking. "What happened?" I asked through my tears. "Somehow we got separated and I ended up in the creepiest part of the forest, and then I started hearing weird noises and that's why I screamed." "I'm just glad you're okay!" I hugged him once again and didn't want to let go. "MILLIE! HELP ME!! DON'T YOU WANT TO FIND ME?!?!" the shrieking voice appeared again, this time it was warped and it didn't sound human. What happened next made my heart drop.

A series of sirens pierced the night and was deafening. Rustling through the trees and bushes, was a tall figure with two cone shapes where its head should be, it had long spindly fingers and long teeth were protruding from the biggest cone. "AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!" Jack and I screamed and ran away from Siren Head himself! We couldn't take our chances and get eaten. Before we knew it we made it back to his truck, got in the car, and sped off into the night.

One thing I learned that night that will stick with me forever, and that thing is: Don't go looking for danger, because it just might find you...
