"Jisoo? Are you feeling better now?" Jennie asked her friend who was still laying weak on the hospital bed.
"Yeah.. i think so." Jisoo slowly sat up. "Happy birthday, Jennie-ah. Sorry for making you worried on your birthday."
"I just want you to be healthy again, Soo."
"Me too.. but you know it's nearly impossible. I got brain cancer stage four." Jisoo said quietly.
"S-stage four..?" Jennie's eyes teared up. "D-don't worry, Soo-ya. Everything will be okay."
"I'm sure it'd be. Everything happens for a reason. Jen, happy birthday. Here's all i can give to you. It's not much, but–"
"I don't care. Whatever you give me is special. But it'll be great if you'd stay strong for me." Jennie interrupted her.
"I'm sorry.." Jisoo looked down. "I can't promise you, but i'll try. This is for you."
She handed her a pink box filled with pictures of her and Jisoo since the first day they met. "Jisoo.." Jennie cried.
"I have a letter in there for you. But read it later. Okay?"
Jennie nodded.
"Jen, i also want to ask you a favor." Jisoo added.
"I'll gladly help."
"Can you give this to Taehyung too later on our dating anniversary? I don't know if he still think of me as his girlfriend or even if he still remembers me, but i still love him so just give him this as a memory. I also have a letter for him." Jisoo smiled.
"S-sure."
"Thank you."
