21 January 2016~
Still having the camera in my hands, i arrived at the house Jisoo lived in. It was dark. No more colorful lights on the yard, no more noises coming from inside.
It was quiet. It was empty. Just like my heart.
Coming closer, i tried pushing the gate open but failed. It was locked. "J-jisoo... y-you're here, right..? Y-you're sleeping inside and– and forgot to turn on the lights. Jisoo!" i called her.
"Sir? May i help you?" An old man came and asked.
"S-she's in there, isn't she? She just can't hear me b-because she's sleeping w-with her dog." I told him.
"You mean ms. Jisoo?"
"Jisoo... s-she's still here! Right?!"
"I-i'm sorry sir.. i- i heard the news that s-she passed away. I'm so sorry.." the man hung his head low and went away.
My tears fell down once again as i looked at the house and remembered all the times we used to have in there.
What have i done?
Drops of water pouring down from the sky, hiding the moon and stars from people's eyes. Dew covering the city floor, coldness filled the air.
People are starting to run back to their houses or to the nearest store to take shelter.
The tears streaming down my cheeks are camouflaged by the raindrops on my face.
Standing firm but weakly on my ground, looking at the now empty house, with nothing but sadness and regret in my heart.
Looking at the broken camera in my hand that holds the memories, i cried harder.
'I'm sorry..'
All that's in my mind was her.
Her face, her smile, her laugh, her cute pout, her tiny hands, her soft hair, her hugs, her kisses, her love.
It's all gone.
And i didn't even get to savour them for the last time.
She's gone and there's nothing i can do about it.
Where can i find another one like her?
