The tap was dripping. Someone hadn't turned the tap completely off and it was dripping. It had been dripping for the past 2 hours.

Jack had woken up, eaten and fell back asleep. It had taken a day, but he looked a lot better. Cam returned without Hercules, stating he needed some time before he could talk to anyone. I forced him to sleep and managed to get him to allow me to treat his various wounds.

Hunter had left the cabin at some point and had come back with the skin on his knuckles ripped open.

Hercules, I was beginning to think would never return. Cam had gathered Hunter and I in the living room, wanting to discuss our next move when Hercules stormed in. His anger had lessened but he was still at everyone's throats.

And we'd been sat like this for 2 hours, attempting to get somewhere with a half decent plan to save Aaron.

"Just let me go on my own." Hunter demanded, "I'll save Aaron on my own, it will be easier that way."

DRIP. I felt my left eye twitch.

Cam let out a loud sigh. "No. For the fifth time Hunter," Cam gritted out through his clenched jaw, "We will save Aaron together."

Hercules let out a scoff and Hunter's eyes snapped to him. "Something to say?" Hunter growled.

Hercules stretched out his legs, resting his feet on the coffee table. He opened his mouth to say yet another spiteful comment when Cam spoke first, "no, he has nothing to say." Cam glared daggers at Hercules which caused him to shut his mouth.

DRIP. My body tensed.

"We have no plan currently." DRIP. "We've been at this for hours and we are no closer to helping Aaron." Cam sighed again, he looked after at me, clearly hoping for some sort of input.

I shrugged my shoulders. Hunter and Hercules were ready to tear each other's throat out and then come for mine. Jack was out of commission. Cam looked ready to pass out. And I could barely pay attention to anything as everything felt like I was in some terrible nightmare.

Cam muttered. "We're not helping Aaron in this state."

"She would be no help anyway." Hercules muttered. "She's only a distraction, right Hunter?"

DRIP. DRIP.

"How about you mind your own fucking business, you stu-" Hunter spat back only for Cam to let out a frustrated shout. His hands flew to his head and he tugged at his hair.

"Can you both just SHUT THE FUCK UP FOR ONE MOMENT." Cam shouted, silencing the room.

DRIP. I couldn't catch my breath.

"Hercules, you want to help Aaron? Then stop attacking the people that are going to help him. I don't give a single fuck as to whose fault it is, and I certainly couldn't care less about your theories on it." Cam snapped, as his hands were on the verge of ripping his hair out. "And Hunter, you know fine well you can't do this your self, you need us and we need you. So just shut the fuck up, and get over whatever this is."

DRIP. DRIP. DRIP.  My heart was pounding. Was I dying?

"And you." Cam turned to look at me, his features softened slightly. I blinked trying to focus on his face. "Lexa." I could see his mouth moving, my name echoing in my brain.

"Lexa?" Hunter chimed in.

DRIP.

"What's wrong with her?" Hercules asked, moving his feet from the table.

Cam had gotten up and he knelt down in front of me. "Lexa, look at me."

I couldn't feel my toes. I couldn't feel anything. DRIP. DRIP.
