We finally walked through Wall Maria and we were out in the open, "By the way, earlier, she lady seemed so shocked that you were an Ackerman, what does that mean?" I ask, he sighs, "My name's Levi Ackerman, our family clan's had a dark past so I guess that's why all of them were so shocked and the gangs also left us..." He looks at me, "Are you scared of me?" He asks, I smiled, "Why would I? You saved me, you're my knight in shining armour." I leant up and kissed his cheek, he erupted in red, I giggled. We finally reached the open, "The bottom trigger is your anchors and the top trigger is for your gas to propel you forwards, watch." I anchor to a tall church bell tower and whip my body around in the air, his eyes widened, I zipped back down but I crashed into his chest, "As you can see, I'm still getting the hang of it," I blew my hair our of my face, the two of us laughed. By the end of the day, the two of us were having so much fun, we spent the entire day using the ODM rigs and merely missing the MPs by the skins of our teeth, we snickered as we hid behind a roof, we went up for the last time, we released our anchors and began free-falling, "Isn't it beautiful, beyond the walls." I look out, he follows my gaze, "Yeah," He smiles, "One day, I'll join the scout regiment! I'll take back what was ours!" I pretended to salute, he chuckled, we held each other's hands and spun in the air, I giggled as my hair flew above me, "Stupid brat." He cups my cheek, I couldn't stop laughing, we were quickly approaching the ground so we let go of each other's hands and fired our anchors, slowly falling back down. We finally reached the ground and we covered our rigs, we saw couples engraving their names on a wall, using a hammer and a metal spike, "Hey, why don't we do that too? It'll mark our first proper day as friends." I smiled at Levi, he blushed, "I-It's for... nevermind." He covers his face, I giggled and dragged him after me. "Thank you." A lady passed me the spike and the hammer, I stuck my tongue out as I started etching Levi's name into the stone.

Levi engraved my name under his and we stepped back, "Pretty neat right?" I leaned over and smiled up at him, he gave a faint smile, "Yeah... I guess you're right." He nods. The two of us were walking back to Wall Sina, our fingers intertwined together, "Tomorrow? I'll see you again." I look up at him, he nods and kisses my forehead, "Yeah." He smiles gently, I fire my anchors and land on my balcony, I see a tiny Levi by the underground entrance and we both walked into our respective domains.

"Cadets! Are you ready to but your lives on the line! You're the eighty ninth cadet core!" Our commander shouts, we all salute, "Pay attention, these are the top of your class! These are the ones you want to be by when there's a titan attack, you'll less likely be titan chow!" He shouts. "Second, Natalie Zhang and first, Levi Ackerman. Pay attention pipsqueaks, you'll choose your regiments soon, only these top ten will be allowed to join the MPs, the rest of you can only enlist in the Scout Regiment or the Garrison Regiment. Do I make myself clear!" He shouts, "Sir!" We salute.
"So! So! What are you going to pick!" I jump up and down, continuously tapping Levi's shoulder, "Shut up brat. I've told you before, where ever you're going, that's where I'm following." He sighs and intertwines our fingers, "Well if it isn't our tiny power couple." Hanji bounces over, "Hanji!" I run over and hug her, "What regiment will you pick?" I ask, "The scouts of course! They'll let me poke and prod those darlings all I want!" Haji drooled at the thought of titans, "Keep your disgusting drool to yourself four eyes." Levi pulls me into him, all the cadets were enjoying their last meal as a core, "Where are you headed?" She asks, "The scouts as well, I want to see life beyond the walls." I looked up at the night sky, "Hang on, you're saying you're not joining the MPs?! You were in the top three!" A comrade grabs my shoulders, "Then what about you Levi, you can't be serious in joining the scouts too!" They looked at Levi, everyone crowded around, "I'm going where Nat's going and if she's joining the scouts then so am I." He says monotony, "Are you crazy?! You were first! First and you're going to throw your life away for your little girlfriend?!" He shouts, Levi didn't flinch, "If it weren't for my little girlfriend I wouldn't even be standing here today, I'd be another scrounging rat in the Underground. Tch." He grabs my hand and we head out, "L-Levi!" I stumbled over my feet. We sat outside on the stairs and looked up at the night sky, "Listen, Levi. I don't want you to join the scouts if you don't want to. This is your life and I don't want you to choose it because of me. As much as I love you, I can't bare thinking that you're choosing this path because of me." I cup his cheek and stroke it with my thumb, he sighs and puts his hand over mine, "Sweetheart, there's a reason I'm choosing this, I want to stay by your side forever. I promise we'll regain what we lost, then I'll take you across the globe, we'll get married and live a nice quiet life." He had tears pooling, "All I want is for you to be happy." A single tear rolled down his cheek, I kissed it away, "Just being with you makes me happier than you can imagine." I kiss his lips.

Till death do you part." The priest says, "I do." Till death do you part." He looks at me, "I do." I felt tears pool, "You may kiss the bride," He nods, Levi held me tight and our lips crash together, everyone clapped and cheered, we broke apart, "I love you so much." I started crying, "Stupid brat, what are you crying for?" He started tearing up, "I finally can call you mine. Mrs Ackerman." He buries his head into my neck, I strokes his hair, "And you're finally mine. Mr Ackerman." I murmured.
Present time
I woke up with a jolt, Armin ran over to me, "I-Is everyone okay?" I tried to get up, "You should continue resting, you're not up to full strength yet, when Bertholdt crashed down, the wind was so powerful, you hit your head rather hard on the wall and you blacked out, I quickly look around, "Eren? Ymir? Where are they?!" I panicked, he looked down, "Reiner and Bertholdt took them away, they're gone. He fought... but the armoured titan was too..." Armin looked down, my eyes widen, I look to my side and I saw Mikasa sleeping soundly, "She was inured too." Armin follows my gaze, "She's going to have a horrible time taking in the news." I look at her sadly, he nods, "This all happened around five hours ago. We didn't send out any troupes because all the horses were on the other side of the wall." He says, I groaned as I laid back down, "Good call, you are seriously injured, you should stay down for a little longer," He nods, I reach into my pocket and brought out my pocket watch, it had a picture of me and Levi back on our wedding day, I smiled, "I guess all we can do now is wait huh." I smiled at him, "We don't have any soldiers in commission to form a scouting group and we can't afford any more casualties. I hate to say it and don't take it the wrong way but those who are up and able to fight just don't have the experience to just get up and tail the two." I say, "None taken, you're right. We just can't hold up to those two if the time really did come to it." Armin sighed.
A few hours later, we heard the thunder of horse hooves, "It's commander Erwin! And the MPs!" I groaned and fluttered my eyelids open, "Good to see you commander Erwin," One of the soldiers run up, "Is the situation still the same?" He asks, "Yes sir." He nods, "Right, deploy the lifts!" He orders, "Erwin," I raised my arm, he walks over to me, "Gimme a map." I opened and closed my hands, he passes it down to me, I lay on my stomach and read it, "It's a gamble but the trees in this forest are massive, I say we ride straight for it. See, even if they had a way to cover the armoured titan's footprints this is definitely where we'd find them." I poke my finger at the map, "And why's that?" Erwin asks, I had soldiers crowded all around me as I explained, "They need to recuperate, they have the power to assume titan form but other titans on that side of the wall still pose as a threat, especially after putting up such a fight. Yes Eren was the price for it but things have got to be spent. Remember when Annie went out cold, let's suppose they're going somewhere beyond Wall Maria, that's not just a stroll in the park, they'll need all the rest they can get before covering that distance, no way in hell can they do it in a single push. Besides, they'd want to get their breath were other titans can't get them, odds are they'll be there till dark so we've got to move now and we've got to move fast." I lay my head back down on my pillow. Once we got all the mounts to the other side, we started the operation, "Let's move!" Erwin shouts and we all gallop to the forest.
