Am I kissing my best friend?! This doesn't feel real..
I felt his hand sweep a handful of my hair behind my ear. I opened my lips giving his tongue access to the inside of my mouth. The feeling of our tongues touching each other felt so right.

Liam Walsh

There I was. Kissing Emma Parkers. I knew I shouldn't have been but I couldn't help myself. Her gorgeous smile, her soft voice, and her adorable dimples made me weak to the knees. I couldn't contain myself from feeling the way I do any longer. I needed to break free.
We both stopped making out to catch a breath. Her eyes glistened into mine. My heart couldn't stop racing. I felt so vulnerable.

Emma Walsh

The heat projecting from his fast pattern of breathing sent shivers down my spine. I had no idea how we'd gotten to this point.

"I'm sorry." He apologised looking into my eyes.

"For what?" I responded, catching my breath.

"I should have asked for permission."

"It's okay, Liam." My heart was melting by the second.

"Did you want me to go?"

"No. Stay!" I pleaded him. I didn't want to be left alone.

"Alright, I can stay if you want me too." I stood up to face him. He closed the door and faced me back. Passion was plastered on his face. I knew I shouldn't have but I leant up closer to him and crashed my lips against his. I felt his warm, big hands hold my back. I let a quiet moan escape my lips. We made our way to my bed. Completely shoving aside the consequences it will have on our friendship. Liam lowered me onto the bed, placing kisses on my neck.

"Should we be doing this?" He asked me, trying to slow his breathing pattern down.

"I-.." Before I finished my sentence I sat myself up on the bed. "I don't know Liam.. Do you think this will effect our friendship?" Liam took in my question, with a slight concerned face.

"You're right. This might be too damaging to our friendship." Those were the words I honestly didn't want to hear. Liam suddenly positioned himself back up and stepped away from my bed.

" I should probably leave now anyway.."

"Okay.. see you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow Em." As he left my dorm, gently closing the door behind him, I felt disappointed and down on myself. How awkward will it be between me and him now?! I brushed myself off and changed into my pyjamas. I got into bed with my heading spinning with multiple different thoughts. How am I going to sleep?

"Emma get up!" Avery shouted. Causing me to flinch as I slowly open my eyes.

"You're gonna be late for class!" She hissed, pulling me out of bed. I barely could see where I was going.

"Get dressed!" Avery stressed. She was almost like a second mum at times. It felt kind of nice that I had a friend that cared so much about me sleeping in before classes. After Avery pulled me mercilessly out of bed I stumbled to my dresser throwing my uniform on as quickly as I could.

"Thank you for waking me" I smiled, struggling to put my left arm into my sleeve.

"No worries, now put your shoes on. Quick!" I slowly put my shoes on, given the state of my energy. I eventually was ready and we began walking to class.

Avery and I arrived at the cafeteria for lunch. We sat at our usual table next to the boys. I was nervous about speaking to Liam today. I voiced eye contact as much as possible with him when we sat down.

"Hello ladies" Alex greeted, charmingly.

"Good morning." I greeted back. Avery just rolled her eyes and began eating. It was silent for what feels like a long moment in time. Then Liam, as usual breaks the silence.

"I heard you kissed Gavin at the party last night Avery?" He teased. Avery went red. She flashed a smile at Alex in attempt to make him jealous. To my surprise it worked. I've never seen Alex look more irritated.

"Yeah, he's great!" Avery cheered, looking back at Alex pleasingly.

"Well, he's a player anyway." Alex huffed. Liam and I couldn't help but look at each other in discomfort between Avery and Alex.

"Speak for yourself Alex!" Avery snapped.

"Guys.." I tried to interrupt. I regret intervening.

"Stay out of this Emma." Avery hissed. "Alex, you spend a night with me and then pretend it didn't happen the next day! Then I have to hear about you and Jasmine!?"

"You guys-." Liam questioned in a confused tone.

"Your the one who pretended to not recall the night before Avery!" Alex shouted.

"You never brought it up!"

"So you expect me to make the first move on everything?!" Alex scoffed. He stood up and stormed out of the cafeteria. Avery ran after him. Once again I was alone with Liam. He awkwardly smiled at me. I grinned back.

"Hey, meet me at my dorm room after our last class is finished. Okay?" He whispered.

"Why?" I asked lowly.

"Because I think we need to talk." He responded. Hearing him say that made my heart drop.
