Hi lovely's! Welcome to another chapter 🥰
Imma be serving drama for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And maybe dessert :)

Liam Walsh

It was a new day. The day I breakup with Hayley. I'm so not ready to deal with her. But I'm doing this for Emma. Those words have kept me going for so long now, there's no doubt they'll help me push through this too.

I waited at Hayley's locker nervously. I saw her face appear from the hall corner. Here she comes.

"Liam baby!" She beamed. Hayley tried to dive in for a kiss but I rejected it. She gave me a confused look and pulled away.

"What's wrong?" She cooed.

"We need to talk." I demanded. "Hayley, I can't be in a relationship with you."

"What?" She gasped.

"We're too.... different."

"Excuse me? Liam, you're overreacting, let's get breakfast."

"No. I'm not overreacting. Hayley, my heart belongs to someone else."

"You're kidding? Ugh, I should have known you and Emma were going behind my back!" She snapped.

"This isn't-.."

"Please, save it Liam. I've literally seen you drool over her name being brought up in conservation."

"Okay yeah, this is about Emma. But you know what? I shouldn't feel guilty for wanting to be with someone way more caring and meaningful to me than anybody else." I blurted. Damn that felt good.

Hayley huffed as she strutted away infuriatingly. A sense of relief fled through my body.

Emma Parkers

Geography class, I sighed. I walked into the small classroom where students were scattered in their seats. I placed myself down at my usual spot and opening my notebook. Before I could see Hayley approach me, she was already standing in front of my desk snarling at me with her arms crossed.

"I hope you're happy." She commented.

What does she mean? "About what?" I queried. Hatred burned through her eyes into mine.

"Liam broke up with me this morning." She pouted.

Thank. God.

"Have you got any idea the damage you've done?" She began. "You ruined our relationship!" She growled.

"Seriously?" I chuckled. "You call that a relationship? I mean come on, you two hooked up once and now he's your soulmate?" I couldn't help but laugh. How desperate is this girl?

"Mind your own business!" She snarled.

"Like you asking me for relationship advice didn't make it my business, or how he's my best friend? Or even how you were so invested in attempting to rub in you and Liam's 'relationship'. Not to mention we slept together" I blurted uncontrollably. I gulped afterwards, knowing I made a mistake.

I watched as her face enforced angry expressions.

"You bitch." She seethed through her teeth.

Before I had time to do anything, Hayley launched at me with a hard punch. I retaliated and threw a even harder and more aggressive punch to her face. My face was stinging with pain. Turns out pain fuels my anger.

Hayley looked up at me, and bloody hell did she look pissed off. She lunched herself at me, pushing me to the floor. Students around us watched entertainingly. One called out for Mr. Andre, who was yet to arrive.

I slapped her face causing a huge, red mark to form as she dug her nails into my arms. I slapped her face again, forcing her whole body to crash into the floor, she released her nails from my skin.

I hard a guy from the back of the classroom yell out "Take your clothes off!" Other people laughed at his sleazy remark.

Hayley sat back up, ramming her body into mine. I screamed shortly as a sharp pain pressed into me. Suddenly a familiar voice shouted from the other side of the room. It was Mr. Andre.

"Girls stop!" He demanded, running himself towards us. Mr. Andre shoved his hands between, managing but struggling to break us apart from bashing each other.

"Enough! The two of you, out now! Go to the principal's office!" He ordered.

Hayley and I glanced at each other hatefully as we obeyed Mr. Andre's demand. The whole way to the principal's office, we were dead silent.

***

When we entered the office, it smelt strongly of peppermint. The principal was sitting in his office chair, waiting for us to arrive.

"Take a seat." He ordered politely. We sat beside each other, facing the principal.

"It's come to my attention that an incident has occurred, during class today?" He stated. "It's with great displeasure that I hear of such activities happening within duration of a class none the less." He continued. "You two better have a good excuse for disrupting your peers Geography class."

"Sir, I apologise for our actions. It wasn't never intentional for us to-.." I began.

"She started it!" Hayley interrupted.

"It's not the matter of who started what, Miss Evans. You both participated in the fight didn't you?"

"Yeah, but-.."

"I'd like to know the reason behind the fight." He cut in. The room turned silent. Neither of us wanted to explain the reason.

"Uh, it was just a-about a boy." I stuttered. I felt so stupid that we had a stereotypical girl fight over a boy.

"Alright, well unfortunately for you ladies, there will be consequences for your actions." He sighed. "You will be having detention together, supervised by Mrs. Wilson, after your classes finish."

"Will there at least be other students?" Hayley complained.

"Yes, there will be other students doing detention with you and Miss Parkers." He replied. "You both may leave back to your geography class now." And with that, Hayley and I exited the principals office, as the same as before, we were completely silent.

We entered the classroom with all eyes on me and Hayley. I awkwardly sat myself down at my desk which had been picked back up by someone after we knocked it down during the fight.

"Welcome back girls." Mr. Andre greeted, clearing is voice whilst looking down at his paperwork on his desk.

Neither of us said anything during the rest of the lesson. I caught a few people sitting close to me looking at me up and down with a sour look, but it was nothing new.

To be continued...
