Chapter 26

"What does it say Sakura-chan?.."

Hinata asked.

"W-Well.. Hinata.. *cries* Congratulations! At last! After 7 months you finally.. "

Sakura happily congratulated Hinata and hugged her.

"I.. I'm.. I'm actually going to be.. a mother?"

Hinata said shocked yet happy at the same time.

"Of course you silly! Now, go tell Sasuke."

Sakura said while she puts the pregnancy test stick on Hinata's hands.

"Uhm.. o-okay.. what will he think?.. is he.. going to be happy?"

Hinata asked worriedly.

"Stop asking nonsense! Of course he would be super happy you know.. after all the hard work every night.. you know what i mean.. the two of you are waiting for this.. c'mon.. c'mon.. now go home and tell sasuke.."

Sakura said excitedly and tries to push Hinata out of the door not knowing Sasuke wasn't home because he's still on his way back to Konoha.

I'm sure Sasuke would be happy to know this.. it's been months since they had their honeymoon and Hinata even didn't get pregnant even tho that day she was fertile. They even thought Hinata can't bare a child. Hinata's father got worried too while he sees her daughter can't have a child.. but now.. I'm sure.. their long wait is over and Hinata would be a great mother to her child.

Sakura said to herself. Hinata went out of Sakura's home and said her goodbyes to Sakura and the little boy Sota.

"B. B. Bye bye.."

Sota tries to say his goodbye to Hinata and waves his hand. Hinata go her way back home but she suddenly stopped and think how she could tell Sasuke.

I.. I want to surprise him.. how.. how can I surprise him?.. what if.. I cooked him a recipe that has a word baby.. what about roasted baby back ribs and roasted garic and baby potatoes?.. and.. and other things! That's right! I'll cook for him and show this pregnancy test!

Hinata said to herself and hurried to go to the market to get all her ingredients.

While shopping for her ingredients, she saw Ino with Sai. Sai was helping Ino walk worried that Ino might trip or fall.

I wonder.. I wonder what would Sasuke do when he finds out we're going to have a baby?.. will he act like Sai for being too protective?.. I'm excited to see all of it..

Hinata said to herself while watching the two lovers shopping for groceries. Hinata resumed getting all her ingredients and paid for it. After that she went back home and cooked all the food she wanted to offer for Sasuke tonight. Tonight is the night where Sasuke would be home from a mission.

I'm sure he would be hungry.. I'll make sure this would taste good.

Hinata cheered herself while she cooks. And few moments later. The door opened and it was none other than Hinata's husband. Uchiha Sasuke along with Uzumaki Naruto.

"You're home!.. welcome home Sasuke! how's your mission?"

Hinata greeted Sasuke not Noticing Naruto on the background.

"Aren't you going to say you're here too Naruto-kun?"

Naruto jealousy asked while giving his bored face.

"Oh! Sorry Naruto-kun.."

Hinata said but Sasuke suddenly changed the topic.

"What's dinner?"

Sasuke asked, he thrown his bag to the couch and sat next to it.

"It's a surprise! I'm sure you'll love it! It's almost ready.."

Hinata lively said and walked towards Sasuke to give him a kiss on the lips.

"I missed you.."

Hinata added after the kiss. Naruto on the other hand sat on the other couch and grabbed the remote control to watch some TV.

"What have you eaten and your acting like this?"

Sasuke asked but Hinata didn't answer her and just smiled at him.

The food was done and Hinata prepared the table for dinner. Naruto's staying for dinner since Sasuke asked him to have dinner at his home since Hinata's always cooking for him and not that lazy to cook.

"Wow!! What's the commotion?! Everything looks delicious Hinata! Everything starts with baby.. baby potatoes, baby tomatoes, baby back ribs and all!"

Naruto gleefully said to Hinata. Sasuke gave a questionable look at Hinata and started to eat. Sasuke was silent the whole time they eat not until after he took a sip of his tea and started to talk.

"Mind telling me what's going on?"

Sasuke asked and there Hinata walked towards Sasuke and grabbed the pregnancy stick on her pocket to give to Sasuke.

Sasuke's eyes widened and Saw two lines on the pregnancy stick. He smiled and looked at Hinata. You can tell he was happy to stood up and hug Hinata really tight. Naruto was also shocked to know all this and he congratulated the two.

"Thank you Hinata.."

Sasuke said as he hug his beautiful wife with all his love.

"Thank you too Sasuke.. I.. I'm happy to have your your child... our child.. I'll take care of them carefully and with all my heart.. I love you.."

Hinata said and started to she'd teats.

"Don't cry.. okay?"

Sasuke worriedly said to Hinata and Hinata started to wipe her tears.

"I'm.. I'm just happy that finally.. we're having a baby.."

Hinata said and Sasuke hugged her again.
