Miguel the one i love part 2

Miguel's POV
I have been stuck in this hospital bed for weeks and not much had changed i might not walk again, i shouted at johnny and my best friend was still missing and i couldn't tell her i loved her because she was gone. I sat there feeling sorry for myself when my mum came in.
"Hey darling, how are you feeling today?' She asked me i just nod my head i felt useless.
"Miguel?" I heard someone say from the door. My mum smiled at me and moved to the side revealing y/n her eyes are filled with tears she rushed to my Side taking my hand before crying.
"Miguel i am so sorry i should have been here when you woke up, I'm such a bad friend i just couldn't see you like this, i wanted you to be happy and safe and i thought you'd be better off with out me." She cried i squeezed her hand.
"Don't be silly your here now and i love you more than anything." I smile bringing her hand up to my lips giving it a small kiss she looked at me her eyes still teary.
" what?" She asked shocked
"I love you!" She smiled and lean down from the seat to give me a hug.
"Hey darling ill leave you two to talk okay?" My mum says leaving us alone in the room.
I smile and wave at her before looking back at y/n.
"So where you been?" I asked she looks down
"I went to my aunts for a while i ummm raised some money to help you get back to health it's actually why i came back." She smiled sadly reaching into her bag and putting an envelope on my chest i opened it seeing it filled with money.
"Wow y/n you didn't have to, this is a lot of money." I smile at her she did all this for me.  She nods and i smile.
Silence fills the room and we just looked towards each other.

Your POV
I didnt know what to say he had already said i love you but what happens now is he with Sam or tori. It was silent and very awkward.
"Ummm maybe i should go let you get some sleep." I say feeling guilty getting up to leave.
"No stay i don't want you to leave again." He says tears in his eyes, he looked scared and i knew i couldn't let him down again.
"Ok ill stay but you need to get some rest" i smile at him squeezing his hand and sitting back down.
" you promise you'll stay?" He whimpers i look at him rolling my eyes before kissing the top of his head and getting comfortable on the chair.

I woke up on the chair to Miguel's mum walking in .
"Hello dear." She whispers to me " thank you for the money, we are gonna make sure Miguel walks again." She smiles squeezing my hand i smile back before looking at Miguel.
"I know he can do it, he's so strong and determined he can do anything." I smile
" so did he ask you yesterday?" She questions grinning at me.
" ummm ask me what?" I laugh forgetting Miguel was asleep.
"To be his girlfriend of course !" She giggled.
I look down feeling stupid
"Of course not I'm too ugly for him as much as i hate to admit it Sam was right."  I say
"No your not your prefect!" Miguel chimed in.
"Really but Sam.."
"I don't care what Sam said she's wrong you are perfect and i was going to ask you this morning but mums kind of ruined it." He smiled at me
" sorry dear." His mum laughed.
"Will you be my girlfriend?"  He smiles
" yes Miguel of course i will" i giggle he motions for me to come closer and pulled me into a passionate kiss.
" i love you" i smile
"I love you too" he smiles
I knew i would do whatever i could to make sure he walked again, to make sure he got back to Karate and the first step was finding johnny and making things right. And then together we would make sure Miguel was alright.
