Your POV
I woke up just like any other day, only I had this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach like something bad was gonna happen. I looked around my rather messy room before rubbing the sleep from my eyes and getting up and ready for the day ahead.
After getting dressed I stumble out of my room and down the steps before rushing into the kitchen.
"Good morning sleeping beauty!" My brother laughs as I try and flatten down  my frizzy hair.
"Shut up Miguel I don't remember asking you!"  I glare at him and he chuckles. Continuing on with my morning routine I grab a bowl pooping some cereal into it only to find that Miguel had drunk all the milk.
"Are you for real!" I scream as I throw the milk carton at his stupid head. Before grabbing some bread and toasting it. Today wasn't going well and it's only 8:30! Fuck it's 8:30 I have to be at school at 8:45 and I'm gonna be late.
I groan before rushing to brush my teeth slipping down the last two steps, grabbing my shoes and hopping out the door.

I finally make it too the school, I'm pretty out of breathe and I slowly walk up to the cobras. Although me and Miguel fight we did love each other and we had the same friends so we kinda had to get on.
"Hey cutie!" Hawk smirks. I roll my eyes lightly punching his arm.
"Shut up bird brain." I laugh and we all start to head to class.
Great i have science first my worst subject. I keep my head low as I walk into the class finding my seat at the back of the room. The lesson was pretty boring I could barely keep my eyes open until.
"Y/n! Y/n! Miss Diaz" The teacher shouts I raise my head from the desk quickly making eye contact with the teacher who was glaring at me.
"Ummm yes miss ?" I ask wishing the ground would swallow me whole.
"Could you move to sit with your lab partner!" She huffed I roll my eyes looking around for someone that could possibly be the person I was meant to partner with and that's when I see her. My brothers ex girlfriend Sam! Great.
"Thanks miss couldn't have picked me a better partner!" I say through gritted teeth. As I walked over to the desk and sat down.

"Your y/n right? Miguel's sister!" She asks I roll my eyes.
"You got any more dumb questions?" I mutter.
She hurt my brother she deserves to pay!
After another boring 30 minutes the class is over I grab my stuff and shove them into my bag before getting up to leave.
"Y/n wait! I thought we could do some more of our project today after school? You could come to mine?" She smiles handing me a piece of paper with her number and address on. I look at it crumple it up and put it in my pocket mumbling a small "whatever"
*time skip to after school*
I knew I had to do this stupid project so I would have to go to Sam's but I couldn't tell Miguel he'd be so hurt and she was a bitch anyway right! She hurt Miguel, my brother and now she's trying to be nice to me no I don't fucking think so. I grab the crumpled paper from my pocket and quickly text the number

Coming over in five be ready want this stupid project done!

And with that I headed over to her house reaching a huge house which looked beautiful. I knock on the door now feeling nervous she lived in this perfect world she was a princess compared to me a miggy of course she wouldn't waste her time on us. I take a deep breath as the door swings open and Sam smiles before letting me in.
" so let's get going!" I say and she leads me into her room it's so neat and pretty just how I thought she would live. She smiles at me I want to smile back but I can't.
"Soooo let's start I laid out some paper on the bed I have different colours for different topics and I have coloured pens and..." she says.
"Ok nerd!" I laugh I never knew she was so nerdy she reminded me of how I was before cobra Kai.
"Sorry" she mumbles.
"It's not a bad thing, I guess I was a nerd before well just before ok, let's just do this so we can leave and not talk again yeah ?" I say becoming nervous. Wait what's wrong with me I know she's pretty but like noooo she dated Miguel like ewww and she's a goodie goodie how only cares for herself.
We sat for hours doing the stupid project and talking.
She was actually really nice and I liked her but I couldn't be friends with her let alone anything more she was Sam Larusso for fuck sake. But she was damn cute.
" hey Sam! Oh hello sorry Sam I didn't know you had a friend over, hi I'm sams dad, dinners ready your more than welcome to stay if you'd like it's sushi." He smiles I smile back
" hi I'm y/n, I've never had sushi before but I'd love to stay if that's alright ?" I questioned it was sweet of them too offer.
We sat at the table and eat it was the best food I have ever tasted and the whole time I couldn't take my eyes of Sam the way she laughed or blushed when her dad embarrassed her. She was captivating.
"Well girls you may get down." Her mum says I smile and thank her for the dinner she tells me it was lovely to meet me before starting to clear away.
" thank you Sam I should really be going. I'll see you around." I smile grabbing my stuff before heading for the door.
" no wait." I turn to see what she wants when she pushes me against the door smashing her lips into mine. It was crazy, our lips synchronized and it was like time stood still. She was breath taking. I pull away with a smirk on my face. I send her a cheeky wink before kissing her cheek and saying goodbye.
