you're an upcoming music artist and you were opening for machine gun kelly. you had only met him once but since that first meeting, everything changed for you.
everynight, colson texted you. asking how your day was, if you would go over to his house, come to the studio, things like that.
colson and you were backstage. you were waiting to go onstage and colson was still getting ready for the show.
walking out of his dressing room, he put his arm around you and you blushed slightly. fixing your dress, you looked at the crowd.
"that's a lot of people." you said, wiping your hands on your side.
"you'll be ok. i'll be here if you need me." he said, making you look at him.
you watched his eyes look down at your lips and back up to your eyes. you leaned in and before your lips could touch his, the stage manager interrupted the two of you.
"ok y/n. time to get onto stage." he said, pulling you away from colson.
you looked back at colson and waved, causing him to smile and walk back into his dressing room.
during your performance, you kept looking over the side to colson. he was watching you with amazement as you sang.
once your performance was over, you walked off stage and was immediately brought into a hug by colson.
"you did so good!" he said, pulling away and looking at you.
"thank you. but i believe it's time for you to go on stage." you reminded him.
"before i go onstage? can i have something from you?" he asked, twirling his fingers around.
"like?"
"this." he said and pulled you in for a kiss.
you were shocked but you kissed back, wrapping your arms around his neck. he gripped your waist as he pulled away.
"i knew i loved you from the first time i saw you." you whispered, catching his attention.
"me too." he said and kissed you once again.
when it was time for him to go onstage, he walked up to the stairs that led to the stage.
