This is for grindeldoreshipper Thanks for giving me a reason to write Anderperry! :D

*Neil's POV*

Todd and I have been dating in secret for about a month and it's wonderful! Sure it sucks that we have to sneak around but it kinda makes our relationship feel more special. I mean, why would we risk our reputations if we didn't really love each other? Day dreams of Todd filled my head while I was in my chemistry class. I just want to hold his face in my hands and plant kisses all over it. Charlie must have noticed I was staring off into space because he tapped me with his pen and snapped me out of my trance.

He passed me a quickly scribbled note that said, "are ok man? You've been staring at your book for the past 10 minutes." I gave Charlie a quick nod and started to read my text book. After about thirty minutes we were dismissed to lunch.

At lunch Todd and I would usually eat quickly and then leave to have some alone time before our next classes. When one of us leaves the other waits a few minutes before joining them so we don't look suspicious. I mean, two friends leaving lunch together is normal, but not something that just friends did everyday. So I see Todd get up to go back to the dorm and I start staring at the clock. Charlie gives me a puzzled look so I start to occupy myself with the conversation at the table. I keep glancing up to the clock and after four minutes of waiting I excuse myself to go meet Todd.

I almost sprint back to our dorm before running through the door and slamming it closed. Todd has the most beautiful smile on his face and I hastily connected our lips. Kissing Todd is the best feeling in the world. His soft lips give me an electric shock down my spine and a thousand butterflies in my stomach. I break apart our kiss to rest my forehead on his. I stare into his crystal blue eyes and smile softly. "Todd, you're so beautiful," I say quietly.

"Not as beautiful as you," he says with a grin. His eyelids flutter closed and he brings his lips back to mine. We kiss for a few minutes before breaking apart. I hug Todd tight, just breathing in his scent. Todd always smelt faintly of evergreens. If I had a choice I would make every tree an evergreen so everywhere I looked I would think of Todd.

It's almost time for the bell to ring so we break apart and I give him a quick peck on the lips. "I'll see you in Keating's class," I say with a grin on my face. Before I opened the door I gave him one last kiss on the cheek. "Good luck reading out loud to the class today."

"Thanks I'm gonna need it," he said with a giggle.

We head out to our next classes and wait for Mr Keating's class. When we get to his class we all sit down in our seats and wait for Mr Keating to start talking. Keating explains how he wants us to come up and read the poems we wrote and of course he starts out by calling on Todd. The last time he had to read his poem out loud he looked like he was gonna throw up. Hopefully he'll be a little more confident this time. Todd walks up to the front of the class and starts reciting his poem.

"From the moment our eyes first met, I knew it was meant to be.
Your excited voice and chocolate eyes we're meant to be loved by me.
Our love is so powerful it could smother the world.
I know that at least it leaves my stomach feeling swirled.
I wish I could hug you all night long
But I know that by the morning it will all be gone."

Everyone in the class was stunned. He spoke with such confidence for someone reciting a love poem in front of his peers. I can't believe he hinted about how our love can't be seen by the world in front of the whole class! That was probably the hottest thing Todd has ever done. He stepped out of his comfortable shell to recite that. I was frozen staring at him with amazement. Out of my peripheral vision I could see Charlie staring at me with a questioning look but I didn't care. My eyes stayed on Todd until Mr Keating started talking. I sadly tore my eyes away from Todd to listen for the rest of the class.

After class Charlie pulled me aside to ask if we could talk in private later. After dinner I told Todd I would come back to the room in a bit after talking to Charlie. I walk down to his and Cameron's room and sit at Charlie's desk. Charlie closes the door and sits down on his bed.

"So Neil, you have been day dreaming in class a lot recently. Your father wouldn't be pleased if he found out," he said in a kind of mocking tone.

I laugh and answer back, "And? I can do what I want."

He smiles and then his face goes straight. "Seriously though Perry, what's going on?"

"I don't know. Just have my mind elsewhere I guess."

"Ok I can't take it anymore! Are you and Todd dating?" I completely freeze when he said that. Had he seen us? What if someone else saw us too? "Look I don't care either way but I need to know."

"I uh, yeah we are." If Charlie were anyone else I wouldn't have admitted it but I know Charlie. He would never tell anybody. He may be a goof ball but he's serious about his friends. Charlie's face twisted into a huge smirk as I answered.

"I knew it! The way you were looking at Todd while he said his poem today was a dead give away!"

"How did you find out in the first place?"

"At first I noticed how you recently started spacing out in class but then I noticed all the little hints. Like how you and Todd leave lunch early to have some alone time together. And you both stare at each other when you think no one is looking. But the dead give away was definitely that Todd recited a love poem in class and all you could do was gape at him. Honestly if you said you two weren't dating then I would've told you to get together."

"You won't tell anyone will you?" I know he wouldn't but I just have to make sure.

"Considering we're in the same boat, I would never." I gave him a confused look and he replied, "I like girls and guys. So considering I kept my own secret I can keep yours too."

"Well does this mean that I can talk about guys with you?"

"I'm fine with hearing about Todd as long as you don't care about me talking about Knox."

I grinned at him and yelled, "I KNEW IT!"

We talked for quite awhile before I went back to my dorm. I guess Charlie knowing is a good thing.

I never write poetry so don't make fun of it if it sucks. Have a lovely day/night! :)
