Cedric's Pov:
Me and y/n got really closer, Pansy and Cho's relationship were doing perfect, y/n and Cho were friends, everything was so fine, except for the fact that the second task was going to happen tomorrow, and I still didn't know how to solve that fucking egg, what was pissing me off.
The girls tried to help me but I said i didn't need any help, now I realized it was a dumb choice, but they think I solved it, and would kill me of they knew I don't know what to do.
"So I was thinking, we could do something tonight" Y/n said catching my attention
"Oh my god yes, we can make a movie night" Pansy suggested
"I think it's perfect, I have a muggle thing called projector that I got from my parents, we can use it, what do u think Ced?" Cho turned to me
"Sounds nice, I am totally in" I said excited
Then I remember, that fucking egg
"Actually, guys can we do it another day? Tomorrow is the second task, I'm really nervous I don't think I will concentrate at the movie, I am so sorry" I came with an excuse
"Ah, it's okay we can do it Saturday" Cho said
"Yeah, no problem Ced" Pansy joined her
"Babe what time is it?" The ravenclaw girl asked her girlfriend
"4:30 pm, crap we need to go" The brunette girl said while getting up
"Bye Ced, bye y/n" They said together
"You lie so bad" Y/n said to me
"I'm sorry?" I pretend I didn't heard her
"Being nervous for tomorrow is not the reason you don't have want to go to the movie night, I know you, u are a bad liar, now can you tell me what is the real motive?" She asked me
What do I do now? If I came with another lie she will catch up but if I say that I can't say it she will get upset. Alright I am gonna tell her the truth.
"Please don't kill me, you know when I said I didn't need any help with the second task? So, I might have lied" I answered her
"YOU WHAT? Cedric the task is tomorrow, are you fucking out of your mind??" The girl in front of me screamed
"I know, I know, I'm sorry ok? But can you please help me?" I asked her
"Yeah sure, whatever just don't lie to us again" y/n said than leaved

We spend a long time at the library trying to find out something about the egg, but that was really hard.
"Cedric, what if the egg have something to do with the four elements, you got the egg with the dragon, fire, that awful sound happened because we opened it in the air, we can try, water and earth" y/n said suddenly
"Wait, that's a good ideia, we can try to open it underwater, if nothing happens we can do it underground" I smiled to her "You are a genius"
"We just need to find a place with a bathtub" She said
"The prefect's bathroom" I screamed
"Let's go" she took my hand
Being a prefect has your advantages, fortunately I was one, so we could entered the bathroom easily.
"Are you entering here?" I asked the girl in front of me
"I am fine staying here" y/n answered
"Alright, can you pass me the egg?" I turned to her
"Sure" She gave me the egg
I entered the water and put the egg inside of it, when I opened it wasn't doing that noise, it was like a song, and I was understanding it.
"Come seek us where our voices sound,
We cannot sing above the ground,
And while you're searching ponder this;
We've taken what you'll sorely miss,
An hour long you'll have to look,
And to recover what we took,
But past an hour, the prospect's black,
Too late, it's gone, it won't come back."
I needed to hear it a lot of times until I memorized what the egg said.
"You were right, it worked underwater" I got out of the water
I saw she becoming red, then I realized I was wearing nothing but my boxers.
"Like what you see huh" I smirked to her
"Ugh shut up, what did it say?" She asked me
I told her what the egg said "So we just need to find a way to breathe underwater for an hour, easy" y/n said
"You helped me so much, thank you, but I think I can do it by myself, go get some rest" I looked to her
"Oh, okay but if you need any help don't hesitate on asking for my help" She hugged me
"Sure, bye y/n" I hugged her back
I'm really in love with this girl, and I will make her mine, mark my words.
