Chapter Six

OMFG I AM SO SORRY! I've been owing you guys an update for at least 2 weeks now omg I don't even remember the last time I updated. BUT! Here I am with Chapter Six! I really hope you guys enjoy it and I promise it won't take me like 2-3 weeks to update next time. I'm going to try and put up a chapter every week. I'm working on chapter 8 now and I'm almost done so that's cool haha. 

Anyway I'm babbling!

Skye quickly grabbed her phone as she heard the familiar ringtone letting her know she had received a text message. She smiled to herself as soon as she read the name that popped up on her screen. Harry.

I’m at the park with Hattie. She’s playing with the rest of the lads. Louis is falling in love with her already!  :) Meet us there? Xx

“What are you smiling about?” Casey laughed noticing Skye’s wide smile.

“Harry texted me. He’s at the park with Hattie and the rest of the boys” she replied. Suddenly butterflies had filled her stomach and she felt the worst anxiety ever. She was nervous about meeting the other boys. She didn’t want them to think badly of her or even dislike her. Skye was always the type of person to care too much about what other people had thought of her. She tried her best to do anything she could to not have people not like her in anyway.

She looked up at the plastic clock mounted on the wall. When she realized her shift was over, every single emotion had suddenly jolted through her.

“Do I look ok?” she looked at Casey, then looked down at what she was wearing.

“Yeah you look cute! Why?” Casey replied.

“Just a bit nervous about meeting the rest of the boys” she looked down at her phone.

“You’ll be fine” Casey smiled. Skye returned the smile, then she walked over to the coat hanger and hung up her apron. She turned around meeting Casey’s glare as she put on a nervous smile and yelled, “Wish me luck!”

Casey gave her the thumbs up sign before Skye started slowly walking out the door and to her car. The park wasn’t a long drive from where she worked, so she needed to her emotions under control fast. She sat there for awhile, slowly breathing and calming herself and for the most part it worked, but there was still those tiny bit of butterflies that refused to leave. And I guess she couldn’t help that.

She finally started up her car and began to drive to the park. She almost didn’t understand why Harry was having her meet them at the park, but then she figured it was because Hattie didn’t want to leave and was enjoying herself. When she arrived at the park, she parked right next to Harry’s range rover. Her cobalt looked tiny sitting next to his car. She took one last deep breath before getting out.

Harry noticed her first and got up to meet her halfway. “Hello love” he said pulling her in for a hug.

“Hey, how was your day?” she asked.

Harry smiled and she easily couldn’t help but smile back. That was one of her favorite things about him. His smile. Because to her, he had the most beautiful smile she’s ever seen, right underneath Hattie.

“It was good. Very good. I’ll tell you more about it later. Come meet the lads” Harry motioned for her to follow him. She walked with him over to the bench where Liam, Niall and Zayn were sitting.

“Skye,” he placed a hand on her back, “This is Liam. Niall and Zayn and over there is Louis” he replied pointing over towards the jungle gym where she could see him with Hattie.
