Morning Drink :- Jeera Water
( Shoked Jeera overnight in one glass of water. Next morning boil that water with add half glass of water till it turn into one glass. Drink it after strain and When it comes to Luke warm. )
Do Workout for 1 or 45 min max.
Breakfast :- Choose anyone.
1- Masala Oats. 1 bowl.
2 - Egg Omelet of 2 eggs.3 - Besan ka Chill. Only 2.
After 15 minutes, if you crave for.
One Small cup without Sugar.1 - Chai
2 - Milk
Mid-morning Snack :- Any one
( Around 11am )1 - Apple 🍎
2 - Guava 🍈
Lunch :- Choose Anyone
1. Rice 50grm + 1 Bowl Daal.
2. Multi grain Roti + Any sabji small bowl.
3. One bowl Quinoa.
Vegetables in Lunch :- Choose anyone
1. Palak paneer cooked in less oil 1 bowl.
2. Rajma 1 bowl ( measure 150grm raw )
3. Chole 1 bowl ( measure 150grm raw )
4. Carrot + Beans + Matar ( MixVeg. )
Evening Snack :- Green Tea with any of
these. One small bowl.Makhana / Roasted Murmura / Roasted yellow Chana.
Dinner :- Around between 7pm to 8:30pm.
1. Soup if Lauki ( For best results )
2. Tomato 🍅 Soup
3. Soup of Palak ( For best results )
4. One big bowl of Papaya
5. Full big bowl of Salad of
( Carrot + Beetroot + Cucumber with one
roti )Aftrt Two 2hr :- 1cup Cinnamon Tea.
