Day - 3

1. Skipping :- 200 × 3

2. Jumping Jack's :- 50 × 3

3. High knees :- 30 × 3

4. Squats :- 15 × 3

5. Stop jogging :- 100 × 3

6. Lunges :- 12 × 3 from each leg.

7. Butt kicks :- 50 × 3

8. Back kicks  :- 20 × 3 each leg

9. Wall sit :- as much second you can by     
                        timer. × 3 times

10. Plank :- as much as you can by
                      timer × 3 times
