How You Meet

JOSH'S POV
I was in my car outside of a café FaceTiming Noah and he was telling me about something when I looked up and saw the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen, she was walking in front of my car and I couldn't get my eyes off of her. I had completely forgotten about Noah when I heard him say "Josh? Bro? What are you staring at?" I kept looking at her and told him "Dude, there's this super pretty girl in front of my car..." I said practically still gobsmacked. "Oooh, then go talk to her bro! Ask her for her number or something!" Noah said ushering me to go talk to her but I started getting nervous "What if she says no or something?" I asked peeling my eyes off her just for a moment to look at Noah for a bit but not wanting to lose sight of her. "If you get a no then you get a no dude, go for it!" I debated on it for a few seconds and said "Alright, I'll do it... I'll call you back in a few bro." I heard a "Okay, good luck bro." Before I quickly hung up and took a deep breath before muttering a quick "You can do this Josh." to myself. I got out and locked my car and started walking over to her, mentally going over what I was gonna say and getting really nervous at the same time. As I got behind her I quickly though "Okay, here goes nothing.", tapped her on the shoulder and said "Excuse me..."

YOUR POV
I turned around and was met by the most gorgeous pair of blue eyes, a charming smile and a blond head of cutely messy curls "Y-yeah?" I said, feeling my cheeks start to heat up a bit. "I-I'm Josh, I saw you walking by and... I-I think you're really pretty and I was wondering if you would maybe give me your number?" The handsome guy said blushing slightly and nervously putting his hands in his pockets. I couldn't help but blush more and instantly smiled and said "Okay, would you mind giving me your phone?" To which he unlocked his phone and handed it to me, I quickly typed in my phone number and added my name in his contacts trying to not mess up since I could feel his gaze on me, making me nervous.

I handed his phone back and as he was about to say something my friend Bonnie comes out of the café behind us and says "(Y/N)! You coming?" I turned around and said "Yeah! Just give me a second!" I turned back to Josh, not being able to look at him without instantly blushing deeply and said "Sorry, I... I gotta go with my friend, I-I'm (Y/N) by the way." He smiled and said "No worries, it was nice meeting you (Y/N)." I smiled back and said "It was nice meeting you too Josh, bye."

JOSH'S POV
I walked back to my car and as soon as I hopped in I called Noah and just as he answered I excitedly yelled "I got her number bro!".
